This old stable, renovated by us to welcome you in the best conditions, offers you everything you need for a pleasant holiday in the Basque Country.

This terraced house consists of:

- 2 bedrooms: 2 double beds
- bathroom upstairs (shower)
- toilets on the ground floor
- American kitchen (vitro, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster ...) open to living room
- living room with a convertible sofa

Large Terrace (facing East and sunny all day) with barbecue, ideal for dining on long summer evenings. Calm and pleasant environment to make the most of your stay.

The small village of Ustaritz is ideally located for many activities.

12 km from Biarritz and its beaches, 10 minutes from the thermal spa of Cambo les Bains, 15 from Espelette and their popular chili pepper. Not far from Spain.
