Beautiful villa, lovely pool. Amazing location in the hills. Totally secluded but still less than 20 mins drive from the town and a decent supermarket. Host was helpful and responsive

The villa was lovely. The location was perfect for our plans to visit area sites (Siena, Lucca, Florence, San Gemigniano). There is a market within 15 minutes. The bedrooms were air conditioned and spacious, and each had its own bathroom. Each of us was comfortable. Beds were firm, which was a plus. Kitchen was well-equipped and we did use it, after the long day trips.

We spent a wonderful 11 days at this property. We were a party of 7 adults, all of whom were comfortable. The property is lovely. You do have to access it through a gravel road, so be prepared. However, Waze will get you there without a problem. There is no AC on the 1st floor, but we didn't miss it. Simply open the doors and windows, and at least in October, there was a wonderful cross breeze. The AC's in the bedrooms work super well. We had no issues at all. And the water pressure is amazing in the showers.We didn't get to use the pool, as it was too cold. There is no pool heater. It must be beautiful to enjoy during the hot summers. The backyard patio was a hit with us, as we were able to eat dinner outside, enjoying the view and wine, as if we were locals.The house features both washer and dryer. Both units worked well, and we did use them a lot. Ironically, the sun was hot, which invited the use of the clothes rack for those harder-to-dry or delicate items.You are there on vacation, but note that there is only one TV in the living room. The kitchen was super well-equipped. However, the stove did have a bit of a learning curve. I only wished the kitchen had more lights. It's a bit dark, but nothing is perfect.Giulia, the caretaker that met us during check-in, was lovely. She explained everything upon our arrival and she was always available by WhatsApp.Honestly, we cannot wait to return!

Das Anwesen ist top gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Insgesamt fehlt es an absolut nichts im Haus. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, sogar ein separater Weinkühlschrank war vorhanden, ausserdem ein riesen zweiflügliger Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelzubereitung. Die extrem grosse Terrasse war ein Traum und ebenfalls toll ausgestattet mit grossem Tisch und weitern Loungemöbel. Auch die Poolanlage war sehr schön gestaltet und ausgestattet. Der Pool ist zudem sehr groß. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen alle über Klimaanlage und jeweils eigenem Bad. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

The Villa was very nice, clean all over and well equipped, even better than described. We enjoyed the large kitchen. Nice and very clean pool. The location was nice and quiet, but it was a long drive on very narrow roads and the the last part was an old dusty gravel road. The view from the villa is very nice looking out on Tuscany landscape and wine fields. Whats not to like. The owner was very helpful and can provide private dinning and cooking class. The Antinori winery and headquarter is only 30 min driving from the villa. You should visit the nearby Osteria 1126 and Winery Cinciano only 600 meters from the villa.The Golf course Royal Golf La Bagnia is only 40 min drive from the villa, if you are a golfer you should allow yourselves a round or two.
