The separate kitchen is fully equipped and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to proper home-cooked dinners. Upstairs you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms — two spacious doubles and one single — perfect for families, friends, or colleagues staying together. And the real treat? A lovely private garden. Ideal for morning coffee, a sunny lunch outside, or letting little ones (and pets!) stretch their legs.



The home also includes private parking, making it easy to come and go. Surrounded by green spaces and quiet neighbourhood walks, the house is great for families, dog lovers, or anyone wanting a bit of calm while still being close to everything.



Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest.
