The property had bed bugs which the owner insisted were not there. We had what were very obviously bed bug bites. We could not stay the second night of our planned stay because of them and needed to find alternative accommodation for one night. I’d have requested a refund for one night from VRBO but have not received a reply. I would very much appreciate your attention to this matter.

Gentile ospite, mi dispiace leggere la sua recensione, soprattutto perché durante il soggiorno sono sempre stato disponibile al dialogo e non mi è stato fornito alcun riscontro concreto del problema segnalato. Tengo a precisare che la struttura viene igienizzata accuratamente prima di ogni arrivo e, per ulteriore sicurezza, è stata controllata anche dopo la vostra partenza: non è emersa alcuna traccia di cimici da letto o infestazioni di alcun tipo. Capisco che alcune irritazioni cutanee possano facilmente essere attribuite a punture di insetti, ma non vi è alcuna prova che provengano dai nostri ambienti. Inoltre, in anni di attività e centinaia di recensioni positive, nessun ospite ha mai riportato situazioni simili. Resto comunque disponibile al confronto diretto con VRBO o con chi di competenza per chiarire definitivamente la questione. Cordiali saluti
