Villa Dama Roccamare - Exclusivity, Privacy, Sea and Relaxation

Surrounded by nature in the exclusive Pineta di Roccamare pine forest, just a few steps from the beach, Villa Dama is the perfect retreat for those seeking the sea, privacy, and relaxation in one of Tuscany’s most beautiful and renowned coastal areas. Ideal for families and groups of friends, the villa features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living room with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a private garden, and all the comforts you need.

★ Bedrooms: The villa features 3 double bedrooms, each with air conditioning. A small bed can be added to one of the 3 rooms upon request. In one room, the double beds can be separated if you prefer two single beds. The 3 bathrooms are arranged as follows: two rooms have an en-suite bathroom, while one room has a separate bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower, which is very convenient in the summer when returning from the beach.

★ LIVING ROOM: The main living room is very spacious and bright, equipped with a 50-inch ULTRA HD smart TV and air conditioning, and overlooks the inner garden. The very spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchenware, kettle, wine glasses, and all necessary utensils. There are also two dining areas—one indoors and one outdoors—that can seat up to 10–12 people.

★ PRIVATE GARDEN: The private garden is our guests’ favourite part of the villa. Here you can enjoy breakfast upon waking up, relax in the shade of the pine trees while reading a good book, or savour the long summer days sipping your favourite drink.

★ SEA: The exclusivity of Roccamare Beach is another major highlight of Villa Dama. Access is restricted to guests only, and the beach can be reached on foot in about 10–15 minutes or in 5 minutes by bike or car, always through the beautiful pine forest. You’ll also find a private wooden cabana (with your own designated area) where you can leave your belongings and relax in the shade. Here you can enjoy the timeless sea and admire breathtakingly colourful sunsets with the main islands of the Tuscan Archipelago right before your eyes.
Other famous beaches along the coast, such as Cala Violina, Cala Civetta, Punta Ala, and the Argentario, can be reached by car. We’d be happy to provide you with further information.

★ PARKING: The house has a private parking area with space for up to 3 cars on the property.

★ OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION:

-ACCESS: The Pineta di Roccamare is a private area, accessible only to guests of the villas and featuring 24-hour concierge service. The roads inside the pine forest are free of outside traffic and provide a safe environment, ideal for families.

-CHECK-IN: From 4:00 PM.
You will be met in person at the entrance to the pine forest.

-CHECK OUT: 10:00 a.m.

-CITY TAX:
1 EUR per person per day, to be paid upon arrival.

-CLEANING:
The apartment will be delivered clean and sanitised.

-Linen:
The apartment will be provided with linens for the bathroom and bedroom (excluding beach towels).

-ANIMALS:
We accept only small- to medium-sized pets by prior arrangement at the time of booking (please note that the outdoor garden is fenced).
