A very comfortable light, clean and airy spring, summer townhouse with 15 sq meter roof terrace. and 2 double bedrooms. Equipped with 5G Wifi , smart TV great for couples or friends who want to have a great weekend break, holidays and romance. Bring your pet dog for a small extra charge.
1 double bedroom on the 1st floor has private access to the roof terrace and another single bedroom for a small extra charge. Please enquire of this single room 1st.
1 double basement bedroom with views of fruit tree gardens, dine or work too.
Another single bedroom on 1st floor for use of wardrobes& luggage storage only.
There is also a bike to rent and use around town or further if desired. Please enquire 1st.
All in all you will have a great stay in this Townhouse whatever you enjoy. I welcome people who wish to enjoy themselves.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn off water supply outside with gold and black keys under sink Turn all off by mains box inside, flower doors. Make sure washing machine fully off Unplug appliances.
You can clean yourself during your stay If longer than 3 days
Please keep tidy too and use the terrace as it should be used. You can only smoke on the roof terrace outside the townhouse.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

That's what I like about renting my property and being a host.

Why they chose this property

I chose the house after looking at many all around spain and it has a 15 sq meter roof terrace and a communal fruit tree garden.
The town was a bonus as its on the doorstep to many amenities, a small beach, swimming pool, and much more.
It is slso 50 minutes from malaga airport, approx 2 hrs from marbella, 2 hours from Almeria and Gibralter. An hour from Cordoba & Malaga. Buses from Rute and more from Lucena, 20 minutes up the road too.
So if you like some tranquility but not far from everywhere & just a 5 minute walk from swimming pools, tennis courts and a buzzy town then please do book your stay.
It's a great town & a lovely townhouse.

My property is in a very good location, it is a great size & plan layout, close to all amenities and has a 15 sq meter roof terrace of outdoor space with great views.
