THE PROPERTY AND ITS LOCATION ARE UNDERWHELMING. I AM NOT THE TYPE TO LEAVE SUCH DAMAGING REVIEWS, BUT WHEN MY DAUGHTER GETS NAUSEOUS FROM THE ODOR OF URINE, AND OTHER INDESCRIBABLE ODORS, WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO LEAVE. THE HOST WAS NON-RESPONSIVE TO OUR REPEATED MESSAGES CONCERNING THE MATTER.

I’m truly sorry to read your feedback and that your experience did not meet expectations. The apartment was deeply cleaned prior to your arrival, and I take great care to ensure the space is properly maintained for all guests. I also responded promptly to your messages, so I’m very sorry if this felt otherwise on your end. Guest comfort is always my top priority, and I will continue to work hard to provide a welcoming and pleasant experience.

There was no toilet paper when we arrived. There were problems with the plumbing where both the toilet and the shower backed up. There was something filthy on two of the walls, feces-blood color. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, but no silverware. It took the host more than 48 hours to reply to our messages, and most of the responses felt insensitive, AI-generated, and we felt our concerns were ignored or dismissed.
