Located in Silver Lake, Deer Valley Resort’s mid mountain community, the Twin Pines condominiums offer sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and a convenient location – close to the free bus and the lifts.

This lovely condo is 3 levels and approximately 2800 square feet. You enter the condo on the main level from the front door or through the garage. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are combined into one great room, giving it a spacious feel with vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, a floor to ceiling natural stone fireplace, and lots of light. Outside is a large deck with a gas BBQ. Upstairs from the main level is the master bedroom suite; downstairs are the second and third bedrooms, the laundry area, and the door out to the private hot tub.

Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace with gas assist, TV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo.

Kitchen: Hardwood floors, tile counters, spacious and well equipped for cooking meals.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the dining table, 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter, small game table with 2 chairs.

Master – King bed, TV, fireplace, adjoining bathroom with double vanity and jetted tub.

Great condo in a great location

We love staying in this neighborhood, and this unit is a great example of why. It's large and comfy, well outfitted and it just makes for an easy ski vacation.

Great location

This property is in an amazing location as it’s an easy walk to the lifts and lodge. It was set up perfectly for my family as the adults had their own rooms and all the kids shared a room.

Great Deer Valley location and views

Located near the Silver Lake lift at Deer Valley, this home was the site perfect place for our gathering with our adult children. We loved the views, the hot tub and large living area with fireplace stocked with lots of wood. Only areas for improvement include the low pressure shower in master suite and limited communication with property manager.

Fun weekend stay

We had a great stay at this townhouse. Easy walk to Silver Lake Lodge. Maybe 5 minutes each way. The home was nice. Good bedrooms and bathrooms. Only slight negative was the WiFi wasn’t great. Lots of buffering. But the hot tub made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again with friends or family.

Great ski house!

This house was fantastic and walking distance to The Chateau and Silver Lake Lodge. Only downside was the only TV arhat was connected was the one in the family room, the ones in the bedrooms do not work/ aren’t connected to anything so you can’t make them work. Master bed was a bit hard but other than that we loved the place. Easy in and out and rental company nearby to make the pick up of keys convenient.

Deer Valley Mid Mountain

Just got back from Deer Valley for another great ski vacation. This condo was perfect for our family and my husband's sister and her family as well. It was well equipped. Warm and Cozy and had a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay so much. Would definitely stay again. We were close to Silver Lake Lodge and walked over every day. So convenient to the mid mountain village. Check in and check out was very easy and we even got a late check out (at a half days rental price) so we could ski the last day all day and shower before going to airport for our red eye home. Alpine ski properties were great to deal with and answered all our questions prior to going out there and during our stay. Thanks so much for the great place to stay!

Could have been a lot better

The condo unit was great and well appointed. It was well decorated and spacious. Our biggest disappointment was in the management company. They were not the least bit helpful. On a scale of 1-10, I would have to give a 1 based on my experience with them. Simple reasonable requests were either denied or were unresponsive.

Walk to DV mid mountain was by far the best aspect of the condo. Big windows and bright light into the living area was also a big plus. Room for two families with adult kids. Bunk room a little tight but worked. Plenty of fire wood for the wood burning fireplace in living room and Jacuzzi ready to go was a nice touch. Property furnishings and decor could use some updating but overall a good rental. Soft goods like towels and pillows needed a refresher. Kitchen cooking supplies could be improved. Would rent again. Great value for the price.

Great Location

Nice townhome and convenient location to Silver Lake - only complaint is the number of maintenance issues - from poor shower drainage to non- functioning master bath lights and master tv to the heat going out mid-week overnight and a broken microwave, the number of maintenance issues was higher than I have ever experienced in a high end rental. Management responded when notified but in some cases fixes were never made or were several days getting handled. Some preventive maintenance or more proactive review of property condition definitely would improve the experience.

Great Place to Stay!

From booking online to check out day, Alpine Ski Properties was great! They made it a very easy, seamless process. Twin Pines #2 was perfect. It was just as they advertised it, very clean, comfy & accommodating. There were a couple of minor items needed, Alpine Ski Properties & the Owners of Twin Pines #2 were quick to take care of these. If ever in Park City again, we will definitely stay with Alpine Ski Properties.

Overall my friends and I enjoyed our stay at this location. We skied park city mountain however, and it took a little longer to get to the slopes on the shuttle than we would have liked. The hot tub and fire place was a nice addition and it was more than spacious enough for the 11 of us. Our biggest complaint was that the wifi did not work for the duration of our stay. We messaged management about this and someone came to the house (unannounced) to fix it but it still didn’t work. Also, the microwave was broken and the light in the master bathroom was out which posed an inconvenience.in addition to this when we arrived there was garage from previous guests piled up in the garage that we had to take to the dumpster ourselves. Overall, we had a great stay but I think things could be kept up with a little better considering the price.

Perfect location

Condo had ample space and all the amenities. Easy walk to Silver Lake Lodge and lifts, great hot tub with a view. Easy drive to town. Everything worked out really well for our age range of 21 - 65.

Big and Cozy

We had an excellent stay at this property. We only had 6 adults and 3 kids so it felt like there was plenty of space, we could have fit a few more people in with us if we wanted to. The house was really clean and pretty. Plenty of towels, toiletries, etc.
