Beautiful Lakefront Home NO STEPS

Built in 2018 and ready for family fun! Located in a beautiful and secluded area of Norris Lake near Powell Valley Marina. Gorgeous view of the lake with easy access and a very gentle slope with NO STEPS down to the lake. 4800 sq ft home with 6 total bedrooms, 4 that are Master and 2 that are built- in bunk rooms. Each Master suite has a king sized bed . Each bunk room has 4 full- size beds in them(8 total) Every bedroom has a full bath (bring your own towels) as well as a TV and ceiling fan. Bedrooms on the main floor have walk out sliders as do the bedrooms on the lower level. Each bunk room has a bench and nook area with beautiful views of the lake. Main floor of the house has a big open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, quartz counter tops, fireplace, large TV with Dish Network , WiFi and a 1/2 bath. The main floor doors slide open to a huge covered deck with two large gazebos, one on each end. The lower level is very spacious with plenty of seating, a ping pong table, TV, wet bar, and a full size refrigerator. Full size washer and dryer are also on this level. 2 of the master suites are on this lower level, also another 1/2 bath is on the level. Lower level of home allows for walkout out access to lake which is very gradual. (can also access from top deck steps if preferred)

Top floor of home has a large loft area that overlooks the great room and has amazing views from the many windows that the house has to offer. Both of the bunk rooms are on this upper level.

Also included with the home is a very large private dock with a double boat slip and a large sundeck area for relaxing and catching some rays. The dock also has a covered area with a ceiling fan for those wanting a break from the sun. Dock also has a really fun water slide.

And to top it all off, when the day is done, you can relax and unwind by the warmth of the evening fire pit!

Absolutely perfect house

David and Nicole Brown reached out to us before we went to see if we had any questions. The propery was immaculate and was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well-stocked and there was even the makings for S'mores on the counter when we arrived. David and Nicole have truly created a "little piece of paradise". Wonderful Lakeside Getaway

This beautiful lake home is ideal for a big family or group vacations. Four primary bedroom suites provide privacy for couples while the two great bunkrooms have plenty of space for kids or other additions to the group. The kitchen is very well appointed for a large group and having the additional kitchenette downstairs means no need to interrupt the kitchen to get a beverage. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. The dock provides a wonderful gathering space by the water (and one of the shortest walks to the water). This is a great location on the lake with easy access to two marinas and calmer water than the main channel. Great skiing right from the house!

No Surprises! — Home is exactly like photos

This beautiful home provides a perfect large gathering space to enjoy with family and friends — both indoor and outdoor. It’s very clean. It also provides enough private space for everyone to get away for a quiet break. Our family had multiple ping pong tournaments going the entire weekend! One thing to note if you plan to grill — the previous renters didn’t clean it and their was no grill brush — just pack one and enjoy. The grill did give us some trouble getting all burners lit, but didn’t stop the cookout.

An amazing house

We have rented homes in Norris for many years and this house is among the very best we have stayed in. The house itself is very new, well maintained and has everything you could need for your vacation (Cooking, entertaining, relaxing). The view over the water is very nice, the access to the lake is super easy and the dock area is fantastic. We ended our boating days at the dock area having snacks and refreshments and doing some swimming. This section of the lake is new to us, and we liked it very much. There is a lot less boat traffic than in the more popular areas which is perfect for water skiing or simply cruising on the lake without having to jump with the waves. Finally, the owners were very responsive from day one and were ready to answer all our questions/requests. The documentation is very clear and complete. In summary, we very much recommend this house, and we hope to come back next year.

Relaxing family lake vacatiom

Everything about this home was accurately described. The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The boat dock was great for multiple boats and the water slide was a hit for all the kids. Great location on a less busy part of the lake. Definitely will consider returning to this one.!!

Relaxing Getaway

The Browns made our stay enjoyable from beginning to end. Their house is beautiful and perfect for multi-generational reunions - always a quiet corner available. From the expansive deck, the views of the lake are peaceful. Ping pong championships and fishing from the dock - sharing family moments! Wonderful!

Fabulous Lakehouse!

This is a beautiful house on a quieter part of Lake Norris. It is very nicely appointed for our large group of four couples and three singles. With four master suites and two "bunk" rooms, there is room for everyone to find some privacy or get together. There is lots to do here. The dock was very nice. We loved the deck! We made s'mores on a fire in the fire pit (we found plenty of driftwood to build a fire). We enjoyed a ping pong tournament. The water skiing is incredible! This beautiful home would make a wonderful multi-generation family retreat!

Perfect getaway!

This was an absolutely perfect place for our summer getaway! Nestled on a quiet stretch of the lake with a gentle slope and beautiful views, the location of this home is just perfect. The dock is perfect for swimming and sliding into the lake and the house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Great Getaway!

We have a big family and the house fit us comfortably. The pictures of the house are beautiful but even more so in person. The kitchen had everything you needed and more which was great since we like to cook! The layout of the house was perfect and the kids loved fishing off the dock (they caught plenty of fish:)) Definitely a memorable trip and happy we chose this beautiful lake house!

We took a 1st annual whole family trip and this house was absolutely incredible. The owners were fantastic to work with and made the trip even better. Absolutely amazing property! David and Nicole have created something spectacular here! Location is perfect. There wasn't too much traffic on the lake. The dock was so much fun for the kids! Dave and Nicole were absolutely fantastic to work with! They were very responsive to all our questions, even helping us think about things we hadn’t thought of. In addition to great property owners, they have built a beautiful, spacious home on Norris Lake that accommodates many guests comfortably. Perfect vacation home!!

The home was absolutely gorgeous and even though the pics are so gorgeous it still doesn’t show how pretty the home and property is! Compared to some of the other homes we saw on the lake it’s nice this one isn’t a million steps up, it still had grassy area for our kids to play even though most of our time was spent on the dock going down the slide! We have a huge family and it comfortably fit all of us! The bunk bed rooms are perfect for kids and the master suite rooms were perfect for the adults! The owners were great too!! Can’t wait to stay there again next year!
