So the wardrobe in the master bedroom has a broken door just sitting in front of it, and the couch that folds out next to the bedroom has one side broken and hanging. No one cleaned under the couch but I already took care of that. The faucet on the sink is wobbly and loose ( I tightened it as best as I could), and the freezer was not cleaned.And the coffee maker Does not work and the light over the stove does not work. And there are only 3 place settings, and we have 6 people staying here, and there are only 2 beds made which is enough for 3 people and we have 6 people staying here. There are exposed electrical outlets.

It had not been cleaned. There was trash under beds, which, by the way, were not made except for the master. I found a sock in some pantyhose and bottle caps, there were two places where toilet paper had been thrown against the wall and ceiling while wet with something and had dried there. We had six people staying , but there were only three place settings. Most of the furniture was in this repair.Some of it was completely broken. The microwave was nasty, the coffee maker did not even work, furniture was broken, and I spent about six hours cleaning and cataloging broken things. The host was unresponsive at best. When I did get a reply it was an automated reply with a blank email to respond to. Neither VRBO or bookinghost were any help beyond placation. I felt like I was a ping pong ball just being knocked back and forth between the two with no results. As a first time customer of both , I am also a lost customer to both.
