This apartment has been a joy to stay in for two weeks in September (2026). It has been furnished to a high standard and the air conditioning was essential. It’s about a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) to Faro Pk for shops and restaurants. The coastal path to Playa Blanca is a lovely 3 mile walk. The large communal pool is 4 minutes walk away which we used most days. Overall, a very nice part of Playa Blanca to stay. Our host Luigi even left us a bottle of wine, peanuts and a fabulous dragon fruit from his own garden cactus.

The apartment had everything you need, modern, clean and tidy, and the kitchen was well equipped. A great welcome pack was there on arrival, which included milk, water and a lovely box of chocolates. It was about 10 minutes from the local shops, bars, restaurants and the nearest bus stop. The roof terrace had 360 degree views including the red mountain and sea. The location was peaceful and quiet. The only thing we could see as an improvement would be to have cushions for the sun beds.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful little apartment. We have visited Playa Blanca many times staying at either luxury hotels or simple apartments. This was a new place for us to try and we loved it. The owners have clearly put a lot of love and effort into the accommodation. The attention to detail is excellent. The decor is very tasteful - it was like a home from home. Enjoyed the rooftop sun loungers. Gorgeous little garden to sit out in. Peaceful neighbourhood. 5 minute drive from Lidl and Playa Blanca old town, 10 minute walk from bus stop, 15 minute walk from the excellent restaurants at Faro Park. Ideal. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a small but lovely apartment that is to the side of the main residence. The residential home and the apartment share a front garden entrance but the apartment itself is very private with its own front entrance, a discrete seating area overlooking the front garden and private use of a rooftop terrace. The development is primarily residential and is very quiet and beautifully kept, with a large communal pool. The apartment is beautifully furnished, with a well-stocked kitchen (including a high speed blender and plastic food storage boxes - always handy) and lots of nice touches that you often don't get in rental properties (toilet roll, hand soap, laundry pods etc). Similarly, the bed and sofa are high quality and extremely comfortable. If you want to get out and about in Playa Blanca, I'd recommend having a car. There's lots of parking and it's only about 5 mins to drive into town. But equally, it's only a kilometre or so down to the promenade if you want to walk by the sea and there is a supermarket and some restaurants within easy walking distance. Overall, I heartily recommend this apartment. I was looking for somewhere peaceful to stay on my own to unwind, read and enjoy some walking and sea swimming, and it was perfect for this. The host is very kind and friendly and although I didn't have any problems, I'm confident they would have sorted any issues quickly. I'd definitely go back!

We werden hartelijk en heel gul onthaald met allerlei lekkers dat klaarstond in het huisje.Een piekfijn vakantieverblijfje dat met veel smaak en oog voor detail werd ingericht. Compact, maar alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig.Zalig om na een daguitstap op het dakterras van het zonnetje te genieten. Luigi en Damian stellen zich discreet op maar zijn wel steeds bereikbaar waar nodig. Hartelijk dank, we hadden een heel mooie vakantie van 2 weken bij een eerste kennismaking met Lanzarote.

Beide Gastgeber waren dezent u. sehr freundlich. Besonders Damian der sich liebevoll um den Garten kümmerte war außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend u. aufmerksam. Die Ausstattung war neuwertig u. alles war sehr sauber.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Schon im Vorfeld verlief die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern reibungslos – freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich vom Eigentümerpaar begrüßt.Die Wohnung selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und hochwertig eingerichtet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders schön ist auch der gepflegte Garten. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig, direkt am Fuß des Montana Roja.Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!
