Had wonderful week down in the North Valley exploring bike trails and all the wonderful things in that area. The property truly was an oasis with great access to trails and nearby fun services. Loved it.
Wonderful and tranquil.....the casita was very clean and location was perfect, we had lots of privacy, no noise from cars and not a far drive to downtown, old town or 4th street......loved the pool and all trees, and thank you for the fresh apricots......
This property is comfortable and has everything a traveler would need. I felt very safe; it is quiet and well cared for ... the care was also for the guests. I would return to this property... Seth's communication was outstanding.
This is a great place to stay in ABQ. I enjoyed the quiet location near the Rio Grande, and especially appreciated the adjacent walking trails. The casita is roomy and clean and has on-site parking with gated access. The host is pleasant and very helpful.
Very nice, comfortable casita. Perfect for two people, Quiet property in a good location, convenient for shopping, downtown and general ABQ exploration. Pool is most certainly a plus. Important note, though: the casita only has a swamp cooler, so if you arrive, like we did, in the heart of monsoon season, expect warmish and humid air inside. Easy to adjust to, but not the same as air conditioning. Overall, we had a great week and would stay there again.
We loved relaxing here. The pool was great. The kitchen was a nice size. The bed was comfortable. It's in a gorgeous setting and right on a trail for walking. Totally recommend this rental.
Reasonably priced casita behind the owner's house. Good location. Owner was very good about communications. and check in/check out was easy. Comfortable and clean with fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Recommended.
Very nice, beautifully decorated and hosts were accompanying. Loved it all except refrigerator didn't work. They are taking care of it tho. Things happen.
We absolutely love the location and convenience of this property. From the fully appointed kitchen and washer/dryer, to the privacy. Beautiful little porch to sit outside and have morning coffee while the hot air balloons are passing by, or in the evening with a good book and glass of wine.
This was our second stay and we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful location which is also in easy reach of any amenities. Thank you to our hosts for the warm welcome.
Great little house in prime Albuquerque neighborhood
This home more than suited our needs for a recent family wedding. The owner gave great communication, and the check-in process was a breeze. We loved it so much, we booked it again!

Definitely an oasis in the city!
Wonderful location and the family who owned the property were very friendly and welcoming. The casita has a very central location and everywhere was accessible whether it was for a short walk or a journey by car. Flying Star restaurant plus Los Poblanos and Old Town a short distance away. Would definitely stay again - facilities are fantastic.
