Beautifully restored 3 bedroom detached house in the very heart of the vibrant and trendy Leigh on Sea Broadway moments from the bars, boutiques, galleries and coffee shops and just a short walk to the sea. A collaboration between Mother and Daughter, Interior Designer, Nathalie Brandajs and Artist, Caron Brandajs, who transformed and beautifully styled this period property. Newly fitted open plan kitchen/dining with separate utility room, bifold doors opening up onto a secluded courtyard with an illuminated awning and patio heaters for alfresco dining. A stunning lounge, which can be converted into an addtional bedroom, with private luxury shower room. The master suite features a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms, a double and a single which is complemented by a luxury fitted bathroom suite with bath. Two parking spaces, one off street and one allocated space with electric car charger.

This property is immaculate - clean, stylish, luxurious, all beautifully finished. Our host was very friendly and easily contactable. The property is very central to shops, cafes, and and amenities and to the sea. We wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we are in Essex.
