Cool villa just steps from the action

Very cool Villa just steps from the action. Sebastian the property manager was attentive and also loaned us a few beach chairs to use.

Wonderful stay and excellent hosts

The location is perfect, super close to super Ronny #2, tons of cafes and restaurants, and such an easy walk to the beach. Nati was an incredible host, always reachable and very helpful and friendly. The daily cleaning service from Karin was excellent (she’s really nice and also thorough!) and the free water was a really nice perk I was not expecting. I would definitely stay here again! If you a group of 4 couples, you could see if you could rent both the villas and that would be a great set up as well. Thank you for being a great host Nati!!

I live in Santa Teresa together with my beautiful wife Dana, and our 2-year-old son, Daniel. Together we host and take care of other lovely individuals from around the world that want to enjoy the great waves here at Santa, or just a tropical break.

Why they chose this property

Our property is tucked away beautifully right behind the main road which leads to the most beautiful beach in Santa Teresa - it's only a 3-minute walk and yet it is quite and private. We've decorated the Villa in an artful natural way, keeping the essence of the jungle around us and it is also well equipped with the amenities that you would need for a perfect tropical getaway. All our rooms have private AC units for our guests comfort anywhere around the house and a high speed 100 MB optical fiber WIFI. We provide our guests with a full concierge service including restaurant reservations, transportation assistance, ATV rentals and recommendations regarding the best activities offered in the area. We have a personal housekeeper that also provides laundry service for our guests and we ourselves are here for any special requests.

What makes this property unique

A short walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars yet tucked away in a private area with a great outdoor lawn and a private plunge pool. We have high ceilings and a spacious home with tasteful unique design. We are an attentive team always here and available for our guests needs and wants.
