convenient clean townhome

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay at the Howard Grand. It is right across the street from Forsyth Park and you can get a peak of the park from the kitchen. CLEAN! Loved the cleanliness and the spaciousness of the property. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials although we only ate in once because there are too many good restaurants in Savannah. Suggestions to improve the property are to put a lamp in the lounge (there is only overhead lighting without a dimmer) and a clock in the bedrooms. The TV is located in a strange spot far from the seating area. Lucky Savannah was easy to contact and answered all my questions. Also, we had a rental car and the gated entry to the garage was an added level of security we appreciated. Yes, we would stay there again!

Great trip!

A beautiful townhouse in the heart of Forsyth Park! Very clean, spacious and quiet for our get away. We were thankful for the garage space so we didn’t have to leave the car on the street. Lucky Savannah was very easy to work with and had great communication. We would definitely stay again!

It’s beautiful, clean and has plenty of space for 2 couples or a family of 4. The finishes are high end and it’s in a beautiful location, right off the park by a short block. Garage space under the home is a bonus, also! The only issue we have had both times staying here is that no one can figure out how to use the living room tv, but that’s not a huge deal since we’re out and about mostly anyway.

Reviewer Comments: A really spacious apartment, plenty of living space, walk in wardrobes in both bedrooms and 2.5 good bathrooms.The apartment in 1 minute from Forsyth Park. There is a free bus that runs from the far side of the park (4 min walk) down to the river front, every 15 mins from 7am to 7pm. We had a car (the garage was very useful) but only needed it when we travelled outside the city.I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four girlfriends went to Savannah to celebrate a special birthday. This house was absolutely perfect for us. We wish all Airbnb's were like this! Beautifully appointed, super clean, and well-equipped. We all loved it. The management company, was not only professional, they were personable and efficient. I needed a place to hold my luggage and hang out for a bit while waiting for the others to arrive and they have an office in a great location where you can leave your luggage and go out, or stay and get some work done. They were helpful with everything. The property's AC was not working when the cleaners went in, they let me know while I was still at their office, and scheduled people to come immediately. The AC people were friendly and professional too. Having a garage for the car was super convenient. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the historic center/river, but it was close enough for anything. A stone's throw from Forsythe Park made it even better. Cannot say enough good things about this place, except please don't rent it out so much so we can get it again when we return!

Girls get away

This property is exactly as described. It was very clean and well stocked. Very spacious too! They are located right across from Forsythe park. We parked the car in the garage and didn't move it until we left Savannah. Pretty much everything we wanted to do and see was walkable. We did walk a lot of miles! Be aware the garage is very tight for SUVs. The only recommendation to the owners, it would be nice if wash cloths were provided. Overall, we loved this unit and if we come back to Savannah would not hesitate to stay here again!

A perfect spot

We so enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It had everything including safe private parking and just moments from Forsyth Park. We loved the Saturday activities at the park from the Farmers Market to all the art and craft vendors. We look forward to coming back. Thank you!

Nice condo near Forsyth Park

Great location with off-street parking. The condo was well furnished and well maintained - perfect for enjoying time with friends. The location was perfect - on a quiet street close to Forsyth Park. We enjoyed the Saturday Farmer’s Market in the park, as well as the nearby coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

Savannah is beautiful and location was perfect. Unfortunately the restaurants lacked but we didn't let that disrupt stay. Loved Forsythe Park and we enjoyed our river walk. Having the Dot was great. Having the garage was a huge bonus and we highly recommend this home.

Bed upstairs in master suite(walk-in shower) was comfortable. Lots of large windows,place is flooded with beautiful light in the afternoons. Howard Grande is across the street from a beautiful park with a sidewalk all the way around it. Grocery store a few blocks away. Located in the lovely Victorian district.

Howard Grand was spacious, updated and clean. It had a garage and a gated courtyard so we never had any worry about parking. You rarely have vacations that don't have a glich but not this time around.

Perfect location

This is a beautiful and very comfortable property. The mattresses were great and the furniture allowed for relaxed sprawling. Plenty of on street parking. The garage was a bit small for our mid sized SUV. Everything else was top notch.

Nice Stay in Savannah

Very comfortable and quiet. This townhouse is located within walking distance from everything we wanted to see in the historic district. Its within a block from Forthsyth Park where we would spend our evenings. The single car garage was a plus. Parking spots in the street was scarce on the weekend because of the park. Great stay and would rent again the next time in Savannah.

There is a private garage for parking under the unit and it is gated to get into garage alley so we felt very safe. Be prepared for steps. There are multiple levels in the home. I would definitely stay here again.
