2-Bedroom Self Catering Apartment with Sea views

Located in tranquil Bouley Bay, family run and all with sea views the six 2-Bedroom fully equipped Self Catering apartments cater for families and couples alike and are the ideal place to relax and enjoy your holiday. Our changeover days are only Saturday to Saturday.

** PLEASE NOTE WE NO LONGER HAVE USE OF ANY SWIMMING POOL** please see notes at the bottom before booking.


Perched at the end of the pathway next to the Dive Centre, directly overlooking the beach, Mad Mary’s is famous for hot chocolate, Bouley burgers and the larger than life character of the proprietor, Mary Tunney. Mary exudes the traditional Irish charm and banter which, when combined with her specialities using fresh local produce and home made cakes, explains why her little kiosk is popular with visitors and locals alike.

The beach is 5-minutes walk, with snorkelling, kayaking, canoeing and a Pontoon to swim out to.

Bouley Bay Dive Centre located nearby is a PADI 5-star instructor Development Centre. Instruction is given from entry level courses through to instructor level training. For those already qualified, a range of facilities are available, from equipment sales, servicing, air fills and escorted dives. Boat trips and paddle boarding also available.

The scenic cliff path walks to Rozel and Bonne Nuit commence yards from your doorstep.

The famous Durrell Wildlife Park is located five minutes drive from the Apartments.

The bus to St Helier's Liberation Station stops in front of the chalets every two hours, although we highly recommend hiring a car to discover the beauty of Jersey and its attractions.

Accommodating up to 5 guests, the Self Catering apartments consist of:

A fully equipped kitchen with washing/drying machine, dishwasher and dining area

Sofa bed (in apartments accommodating 6 guests)

Double bedroom with ensuite shower and terrace with sea views
Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, plus the option for a 3rd pull out bed

Free Wifi throughout! Complimentary private parking for 1 car, plus additional parking in the car park below on the hill.

Notes: Please also note that the hotel next door us has been shut for many years, and has a planning application that is being reviewed for change of use. The heavy demolition we have been advised will be in autumn 2024.

    What a beautiful location!

    This was an amazing spacious property with fantastic views of the sea. There were some beautiful cliff top walks from the door.

    A great place to stay

    Lovely apartments right on bouley bay, which is a pebble beach, great for snorkeling. The apartment was clean well managed, and ideal for a family. The only downside is that the local pub is now closed, so we had to go further afield to eat out

    Amazing relaxing holiday home fantastic location.

    My wife and I travelled with our 7 year old son. It was our first visit to Jersey and will most certainly not be our last. The property had all our needs, communication with the property owners was fantastic. We couldn't want for more with the location, stunning views and plenty of coastal walking from the luxury of your front door, and our son loved skimming stones in Bouley Bay every day. This holiday was 3 years in the making due to covid and honestly could not have enjoyed ourselves more.

    Excellent location good facilities but...

    Excellent location, good facilities,great views. Just let down a little regarding cleanliness. Balcony glass doors were dirty, which was a shame as the view is excellent. Mould behind the bathroom cabinet. Just needed a good clean up really. Every other aspect of the booking and stay was great.

    Bouley bay the perfect place to stay

    We had a perfect stay because of the two bedroom and two bathrooms. It was a pity that the heating in one of the bathrooms didn’t work. Much peace and quiet. The kitchen equipment was hardly enough. We missed a cofffeemachine and a sieve. We missed some cutlery. The beds were excellent. The tv-set didn’t work properly. Mad Mary is fantastic!!!! Overall we had a fantastic time!!!!

    Cosy chalet with sea view

    The Water Edge Chalets are 5 minutes from the beach with sea view and a parking lot in front of the chalet. There are 2 balconies to enjoy. The cliff path is just around the corner. A bus stop is at the harbour, as well as a little café and a diving shop. The next supermarket is 5 minutes by car away. You can see the French coast in a distance, at night the lighthouse of Carteret. St Helier is about 15 minutes by car, the airport about 20 minutes by car. Rachael is a very nice host. The area is very quiet and ideal to relax. We enjoyed a lovely week there.

    Relaxing Break by the Sea.

    The property was comfortable and fairly spacious and we enjoyed our stay. The only criticism is lack of maintenance, the securing bolts on each French window was bent making securing the door very difficult, secondly the small sink in the shower room seemed to be blocked and therefore drained very slowly. We did contact the owner about an issue with the dishwasher, but received no reply, so did not report the other items.

    The apartment is nice a large and has nice sofas not enough cutlery even though there was only two of us it’s a very quiet area with nothing else around it could have been.cleaner in parts outside seating area not been cleaned for a long time cobwebs and leaves both balcony’s inside clean apart from the double bed mattress it was full of stains on both sides and very uncomfortable to sleep on woke up with bad back every morning and pillows were lumpy and flat.

    Contact met de verhuurder (Rachel) verliep vlot en prettig. Het vakantie huis (nr.3 vanaf zee telkend) was voortreffelijk. Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig en het uitzicht is magnifiek .

    Die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen, man hat seine Ruhe direkt am Meer kann aber auch schnell mit dem Bus alles erreichen. Die Wohnung hat 2 Etagen und 2 BĂ€der, fĂŒr uns alles ideal. Sehr schön war das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer. Zum nĂ€chsten Restaurant sind wir mit dem Bus gefahren (bergauf) und zurĂŒck zu Fuß durch den Wald. Einkaufen und selber kochen ist auch kein Problem , muss aber gut geplant sein weil kein GeschĂ€ft in der direkten Umgebung ist. Fazit: gerne wieder Nur die drohende Baustelle könnte stören

    Tolle Unterkunft mit Meeresblick

    Das Appartement liegt so idyllisch an einer kleinen Bucht und ist optimal fĂŒr 4 Personen. 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und ein großer Ess-Wohnraum geben viel Platz fĂŒr alle. Aus dem Bett und von den Balkonen sieht man das Meer und morgens kann man schnell ins Meer springen (200m entfernt). Mit dem Bus ist man in der Lage auch ohne Auto die Insel zu erkunden. Das Appartement ist sauber, gerĂ€umig und Rachel eine freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir haben nichts vermisst und können diese Unterkunft wĂ€rmstens weiter empfehlen.

    Sehr gute Unterkunft fuer Naturliebhaber und Wassersportler.

    Eine phantastische Aussicht auf die Bucht. Das Haus war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Besonders gut: Der Gefrierschrank. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen und dann ist der besonders praktisch. Gut mitgedacht! Die Zufahrt zur RĂŒckseite ist fĂŒr schwer beladene Autos oder mit AnhĂ€ngekupplung mit Vorsicht zu fahren, weil es vom GefĂ€lle dann rechts in eine steile Auffahrt geht. Knickpunkt! Praktisch ist auch der Bus Linie 4, der in der NĂ€he ca. alle 2 Stunden abfĂ€hrt. Wir waren glĂŒcklich in der Unterkunft und ĂŒberhaupt auf ganz Jersey! Ein toller Urlaub! Ab September 2023 eine Großbaustelle in der NĂ€he, wenn das alte Hotel abgerissen wird. Dann wird es auf den Serpentinen bestimmt spannend und am Haus laut.

    Magnifique séjour en famille

    Magnifique chalet avec vue Ă  tous les Ă©tages ! Toute la famille a adorĂ© ce logement, extrĂȘmement propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Nous nous sommes sentis attendus. Tout Ă©tait parfait, merci Rachel ! Maisonnette spacieuse, au calme, avec la mer juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, mais aussi les chemins de randonnĂ©e... TrĂšs beau sĂ©jour. Allez-y les yeux fermĂ©s, pour un excellent rapport qualitĂ©/prix sur Jersey.

    Tolle Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage

    Das Objekt ist ein Teil einer Reihenhausanlage mit 6 HĂ€usern. Es liegt wunderschön ĂŒber einer Bucht und hat tollen Meerblick! 2 Etagen mit 2 Badezimmern und auf jeder Etage einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Alles sehr hochwertig und gepflegt. Die Insel ist relativ klein und der Ort liegt recht zentral.Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermietung. Check-In war sehr unkompliziert.

    Great location, super chalet with all facilities. Spotless clean.

    So good we are going again next year. The management were excellent in dealing with slight ant problem but all resolved very quickly. For us, this was a lovely week and sooooo relaxing.

    Fantastic property in a beautiful location

    This is a perfectly located property with stunning views. It is located a tiny walk from the sea which is popular with swimmers and divers. The house is welcoming and well set up. It has everything you need for a relaxing break. We had a lovely week after so many delays due to Covid and was so worth the wait. All dealing we had with Rachael was easy and she couldn’t of been more helpful. We will definitely be back!!!!

    Had a great time the property was exactly what we wanted two bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Just wish there had been a bit more to do nearby but we had a car so it didn’t spoil our stay.

    Beautiful Bouley Bay

    Great location, next to beach/harbour and dive centre. Mad Mary's cafe the only other 'amenity', (adjacent hotel closed for refurbishment), but Co-Op only a 10 minute drive away. Off street parking a bonus and a great view over the bay from the balcony. Apartment had all mod-cons. Kids loved it!
