Beach front Private home. Family time. Quiet, spacious, oceanside, beautiful.

We designed and built this home from the sand up in 1997. Our mission is to welcome family and friends in a environment of quiet luxury. The home is Crump family owned and operated by the McCarthy family that built it. Thus we know, and care about every detail, and we share management , improving the end result! The ocean view is expansive and terrific from our four spacious decks. The home boasts two master bedrooms, each featuring King-sized beds.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great layout with every bedroom having its own bathroom! This is an incredible house for families! They have every you need for the beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, toys, etc. The location is great as you cross a one lane road to the beach and you are minutes from all the restaurants and attractions on the island.

Our family utilized the house for a Thanksgiving week gathering and it was great. Rooms were exactly as described and pictured. Access to the beach couldn't be simpler. There was a bit of car door noise with the parking on the sand - Ocean - road, but nothing disturbing. Close to two restaurants and minutes from historic downtown.

Our second year enjoying this home for our family vacation, it was a great space for lots of families, including little ones. The screened porch is idyllic, the "roof top" patio was such a haven, and the sand play space under the house entertained our pre-schoolers for hours. The bathrooms have been updated, as well as other nice "freshenings."

I am so pleased you feel this way. My wife and I built Sandcastle in 1997 after I realized her unique talent of always finding something living at every beach we ever visited. Turns out, this was because her family had a beach house when she was young! Now my children have this same gift, from their mother. We lost her to a brain tumor 10 years ago but we all feels she is still here, especially at the Sandcastle.

The house is spacious, the beach is just across the road, and the view is amazing! Plenty of beach towels. It was the perfect place for six high school friends to spend a week.
