The Downtown Cottage is modern/cottage style house. It is a quaint house tucked away in the pine trees just 2 minutes from beautiful downtown Prescott. It is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy an amazing get away. There is a King bed in the master, a queen bed in guest room#1, and 2 twin beds in guest room #2. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook many meals. You are within minutes from tons of hiking and biking trails, restaurants, and shopping.
I do allow pets, as long as you pay the $100 pet fee.

Please take all trash out out of all trash cans and put in the green bin in the driveway. Any recyclable goods place in the blue bin in the driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties! You are in a quiet neighborhood.
Please turn A/C and heat off when you leave.
Please put ALL trash and recyclables in bins out front.
