Our lovely unit is in the closest Summit building to the slopes! Directly adjacent to the Eagle Lodge parking lot (literally steps) and walking distance to Chair 15 and Eagle Lodge! No driving or struggling for parking - you can even walk home for lunch or a mid-day rest. This is a ski-in/ski-out (from Eagle Lodge) property.
This condo was remodeled mid-2017. It is a 2 bedroom plus (enclosed) loft, 2.25 bath property with upgraded bathrooms, flooring and carpeting, paint and wood. We have also added new quartz countertops, a dishwasher and furniture. Additional amenities include new pillows, down comforters, and Wi-Fi, as well as one assigned underground parking spot (other spots available on a first come, first served basis).
The complex has 4 hot tubs (2 just outside the back door), 2 swimming pool areas with BBQs (restricted to summer months), a sauna, as well as laundry and workout facilties. New on-site management is also a perk!
The inviting ambiance makes it hard to leave the property - with a quaint but stylish touch around every turn. Exposed brick along the kitchen counter offers a modern feel, while the antique skis hanging on the wall remind you of your alpine location.
The 2 bedrooms are master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs master has a king bed as well as a private, upgraded bathroom. The upstairs master also holds a king bed. Both rooms have SMART TVs (apps accessible through your personal accounts) and DVDs (no cable). The upstairs loft has 2 bunk beds (both twin over queen) and a 40" flat-screen with DVD capabilities only. The upstairs master bathroom is shared between the second floor and loft guests. This bathroom is separated by 2 vanities located outside the main bathing area - a much needed comfort for large groups!
The living room and kitchen are also upgraded with new electronics and appliances. The living room provides plenty of seating including a comfy sofa and leather chair. Gather around and chat or enjoy the new 55" flat-screen SMART TV (with cable and DVD options available). Or turn on some music and set the mood - step out onto the deck and breathe in the fresh mountain air. The kitchen sparkles with its new appliances and is ready and waiting to be used!
