A really lovely Villa very close to the beach. Centrally located with easy access with a hire car to all parts of the island. The pool was fantastic and so well maintained with a chap coming in to clean it regularly. Very private and we really loved it here. Would recommend it

Amazing villa

The villa and location are incredible. If you want somewhere isolated with modern luxury then you can't find better. Incredible views and an extraordinary level of privacy. A beautifully appointed villa and great service.

The villa was tastefully furnished and spacious with very comfortable beds, fully air condiotioned, and a marvelous pool! What a balcony! What a view over the picturesque village and the sea! The thing we liked especially was the privacy we felt because of the place that the villa is.

We have had a fantastic holiday and the villa was fabulous. The pool was perfect and the view to die for! Incredibly tranquil setting which makes for a perfect relaxing holiday. Have already booked for two weeks in 2020 and can't wait.

An amazing villa even better than the photos, total luxury.

The villa was lovely. It was even better than the pictures. The Villa is very well located, great views, quiet, clean, perfectly equipped and amazingly designed. We spent a wonderful and relaxing week here. I would definitely go back.

Dream

The place is a dream. The island is extremely nice, with lots of things to do and very green. Even if it was high summer, you don't feel the crowds. Water sports closeby (special mention to Panos Fun Park), supermarkets easy to reach, wonderful beaches Porto Katsiki, Egremni, waterfalls in the middle of the island... The house is so beautiful that you just don't want to leave. It is comfortable, clean, spacious. Perfect, really. We will go back for sure.

Just gorgeous

The villa is stunning , the view is amazing of vassiliki bay. You do need a car though as it is high up.it is peaceful and relaxing to sit in the infinity pool or jacuzzi and just watch the boats below. George looked after us really well and he and the cleaning lady were unobtrusive . The villa was equipped beautifully ..everything you could need was there. Would definitely recommend this ...and it is one of the few places we would go back to.

wonderful villa

The view is fantastic,very tranquil and private, The villa is luxurious, This is a very beautifull, spacious and extremely clean villa. We stayed there for 14 nights and we were all impressed by the simplicity of the style, and the amazing view. We are so grateful to them for making our stay extra special. The suite itself is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The view is incredible! We spent a lot of time lounging on our terrace enjoying the pool and our BBQ. I would recommend this accommodation to others as I believe its laid back luxurious atmosphere is one many would appreciate. The George were very nice and friendly which made it all the more enjoyable. Many thanks for everything with the promise that we' ll come back SOON!

A BEAUTIFUL VILLA

This villa is so beautiful private and quiet the villa is the perfect place of rest, that we can´t find the right words to discribe it. The location is amazing and everthing you allready heard about it, is far away from reality 2very beautiful double rooms, each with a a luxurious bathroom. The view from every room is world class,we could not get enough of it. 2 staff could not have been more helpful and yet discreet. And a private pool with very clean water, The local eateries were just the type that we enjoyed, simple fresh food. The island is very beautiful and the people are very friendly and fun.

PARADISE IN GREECE!

Before we went to the villa we didnt expect that there was such a beautiful villa on Lefkas we took the risk and booked the villa in the end.The villa eclipse is more better in reality than on the photos.I have been to many villas in alot of islands but villa eclipse is the best and surpases all others.The view is amazing as it mesmerases you for hours,it is totally private,furnished with high quality white colored furniture.The rooms are spushus (big) and all have view towards the sea,the villa is taken care of.The size of the pool is very good and the staff cleans the villa every day keeping it at top conditions.Its situated in an ideal place that is quiet and ideal for a family that want to relax and enjoy every moment.The beach is very close walking distance from the house.All shops are a close distance from the house.We have booked next summer also,and we are exited to be there again.

Phantastsche Lage

Die Villa ist phantastish,eine der schoensten,wo wir bisher unsere Ferien verbracht haben. Beim Pool gibt es eine moderne sitzgruppe von wo aus man einen wunderschoenen Panoramablick aufs Turkisfarbene Meer hat. Auch die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und alles wurde sehr sauber gehalten.(wofur Herr George verantwortlich war). Die kueche ist voll ausgestattet und auch das Bett im Schlafzimmer war von guter Qualitaet. Restaurants,Supermarkt,Baeckerei und Strand ist gut zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist jedoch erfordelich. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder

VILLA ECLIPSE - MAY HALF TERM 2014

Just spent a beautiful relaxing week at Villa Eclipse. You need a car, the location is stunning and quiet whilst only a few minutes drive out of Vasiliki. Clean, modern and functional. Waking up in the morning to those views is something we will not forget. We chose to eat in most of the time. Excellent butcher, artisan baker and good supermarket all this side of town. Eating out was and is typical Greek.....loads of choice.....the one you pass just before turning off up to the Villa is, in our opinion, worth a try. If you have any inclination to sail or windsurf then this is also the place.

Best vacations ever.

The villa is fantastic.The view is breathtaking.Is equipped internally and externally with very modern furniture.In front of the villa there is a beautiful beach with white sand and shallow water which is ideal for my two sons.The beach is just five minutes from the villa.The villa is the perfect place of rest.It is very quite.You only listen the singing of the cicadas who create a peaceful atmosphere.One of the big advantages of the villa is that the sun is on top of the house from 7am to 7pm.You are going to love it. The staff of the villa were coming every day and cleaned everything.I need to thank them for their care. The villa is from every aspect completely private.In a very short distance there is a taverna and a mini market where you can find everything a family need. For a few days every year my family need tranquility,relaxation and an environment to fill us with positive energy. Eclipse provides everything we need. We booked the villa for our holidays on the summer of 2014. I strongly recommend this villa to everyone who likes this kind of vacations. Just book it as soon as possible because if you are late you will not make it and you will be very disappointed.

magic villa!

The villa is fantastic, we spent two unforgettable weeks.The stunning benefit of staging at these villas is that there is privacy all around the place.The view is brilliant and the beach very near.A restaurant and a super market can be found in 400 meters.The staff is excellent when we needed something.They were always helpful and polite.Indoors as well as outdoors the villa is beautifully equipped.For a family we found everything we needed! We have already booked for next summer! I recommend this villa and I can't wait to enjoy my holidays-villa eclipse again!

Everything was perfect!

I have stayed in many villas across the world and this seems easily one of the best.It's the nicest et most confortable villa where we ever stay! The villa eclipse was amazing with an unbelievable view of the Ponti beach just in front. It is located just 300 meters away from the water. What a truely lovely place it was, set in a quite village location, direct on the beach,with spectacular views down towards the sea. The view is fantastic,very tranquil and private, quite modern inside with good quality furnishings and very well cleaned and maintained.The villa is luxurious, spacious, stylish and beautifully appointed. We all had such high expectations after seeing the photos online and the villa managed to completely surpass all of them! Can't wait to get back! Thank You so much villa eclipse.

Family Holiday

Everything that we hoped for and even better! This villa was even more lovely than it looks on the pictures. The vibe was totally relaxed and we felt completely at home and cosyand when we got there it felt like stepping into a paradise. The villa was spacious, clean, peaceful and just perfect.The villa is very private. The views from the villa were amazing and everything was perfect, one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen is beach Ponti, (beach is just a 5minute walk away from the villa) It had everything one could want including an amazing spa steam shower. We had originally planned to be more active while staying at the villa and explore the area but we were so taken by its comforts that we spent 14 days lazing around the pool, reading, napping and generally re-energizing. We highly recommend this Villa as the perfect retreat from the business of daily living.

Beautiful

Villa eclipse is probably the most luxurious villa we have ever stayed in, The Villa is exactly as the pictures, modern, extremely clean and very comfortable. The view is simply breath taking and the owners have provided ample, cosy seating in various nooks and crannies from which to enjoy it. The Villa is somewhat secluded from the Vasiliki (1km from villa will find the small town of Vasiliki).A restaurant is 300m from villa and 400m cafe,super markets. We loved the rugged beauty of our little bay and the-crystal blue waters ...clear sea. Beautiful private and quiet villa.The beach below the Villa was ours alone with crystal waters and beautiful views,the kids adored beach below (shallow and safe),beach is just a 5minute walk away, we ran it early every morning, totally deserted at that time. We will definitely be returning for another taste of paradise! Highly recommend.....tranquil get away from it all - very safe for kids - -will be back

Arriving you see an impressive view of the villa . The villa Eclipse itself is modern and beautifully decorated with great furniture and all the necessary equipment for cooking and dining. The bedrooms have their own bathroom and are cosy with great beds, good air con and large room, master bedroom very comfortable. The pool area is a whole story by itself. This was where we spent the most of our time. Wonderful pool and good facilities,there is a private rectangular swimming-pool and on the private grounds surrounding the villa .Surrounded by great architecture, the pool, great terrace make a fantastic setting for enjoying the whole day and evening to. The villa Eclipse is positioned in total privacy only a one kilometers from shops, restaurants and bars in the Vasiliki. All in all we had a great stay in the villa. Everything works and all our expectations were met. Had a really relaxing time with early morning walks on beautiful beach Ponti, which unlike many of the other beaches is relatively empty and unspoilt! Housekeeping was fantastic and much appreciated - Thanks George and the cleaning lady made the stay very comfortable-for all your help and cheerfulness! Thank you villa Eclipse.

Beautiful

We were a group of 6, which consisted of family and friends. This villa Eclipse was perfect for us. The setting and view were so gorgeous that we never wanted to leave the premises! Everything is as described, even more beautiful than the pictures can convey. There was plenty of room for everyone and bathrooms galore. The villa Eclipse is private and very relaxing. The pool is lovely and the outside seating area is very comfortable. We made beautiful memories and wished that we could have stayed longer than the 14 days we had. Everything was perfect!The villa Eclipse was amazing with an unbelievable view of the ponti beach just in front. It is located just 700 meters away from the water. Villa Eclipse combines a very luxury and very private. The staff was very helpful and there wasn't anything that they couldn't provide to us. I certainly recommend this villa and I will be very happy to go there again!
