Property was nice and beautiful, however condo was dirty and staff was rude and lacked knowledge

The condo location was wonderful, as were the condo amenities themselves. However when we arrived we found that the condo patio was covered in used cigarette butts, the master bath smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, and there was old dirty underwear in the dresser in the spare bedroom. There was broken glass at the bottom of the dishwaher. The front desk staff was not knowledgeable about what we were entitled to with booking through VRBO. We were told we would get garbage service, and it was documented in our arrival papers. However we did not, and when asked where we could take our trash out to...they didn't even know. We were also told we did not have access to the shuttles to take us to snowmass village as advertised.

Oh no. I am not sure what to say about this review. I am so sorry if you experienced this. I have never heard any negative things about the staffs friendliness. Every guest definitely has access to the shuttle on their stay. I can’t imagine we would ever turn anyone away. It is only for the town of Snowmass Village though. There is a free shuttle to Aspen through the town. The cleaning is a little different when you book through VRBO. You are entitled to a complimentary clean at the end, but the front desk certainly should know where to direct you for trash disposal. Please make sure and reach out to the General Manager (Douglas Hayes) if you are ever getting this feeling again. I am sure he would step and try to turn your trip around. We hope you will give us another chance. Best regards, Marie
