Nestled in an enchanting olive grove, Villetta tra Mari e Monti is an oasis of tranquility, perfect for those seeking a holiday away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature and the local traditions. Ideal for families, couples, or small groups, the villa offers spacious accommodation and all the amenities needed for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
The 160-square-meter house can accommodate up to 6 people and features three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. A cot is available for children at a cost of 25 euros, payable in cash at the property; please request it before arrival. Outside, there is a large covered veranda, a wood-fired oven, and a barbecue. After a sunny day, the outdoor shower offers a pleasant feeling of refreshment, while on the sun deck—equipped with lounge chairs—you can relax while admiring the view. Upon request, private local cooking classes can also be arranged on-site.
Guests also have access to a Jacuzzi hot tub, available from April through October, and a garden area featuring two distinct spaces: an open area for relaxation and a fenced-in section that is home to animals such as ostriches, sheep, and donkeys, making for a unique and authentic experience.
The villa’s location is perfect for exploring the most authentic side of Puglia: just 10 km away is the famous Shrine of Padre Pio in San Giovanni Rotondo, a pilgrimage destination known throughout the world, while the wonderful beaches of the Gargano are about 20 km away. Within a few kilometres, you’ll find traditional restaurants and supermarkets to meet all your needs.
It is mandatory to sort and dispose of trash properly; otherwise, a penalty of 80 euros will be charged for up to 10 kg of trash, plus 50 euros for each additional kilogramme.
Guests are also required to leave the kitchenette and dishes clean, as this service is not included in the final cleaning fee; failure to comply will result in a penalty of 40 euros. Use of the common area is limited exclusively to caring for the animals on the property, within the fenced area. The owner does not live on site. One of the rooms is located in the basement, and the property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance.
The tourist tax must be paid in cash at the property. For late arrivals—permitted between 8:00 PM and midnight upon prior notice—an additional fee of 50 euros is required. Access is not permitted to anyone not listed on the reservation.
