Vriendelijk ontvangst. Elke dag een praatje en begroeting. Schoon en net appartement. Ook aan je huisdier is gedacht, waterbak, honden kussen en droogdoek. Naast de skilift en de winkel. Goed en leuk verblijf gehad.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in Ordnung, jedoch habe ich einen wichtigen Kritikpunkt. Bei der Buchung hatten wir bewusst ein Zimmer mit Balkon gewählt. Später wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass Zimmer 9 nur für vier Personen geeignet ist, während wir fünf Personen waren. Deshalb wurde uns Zimmer 6 als Alternative angeboten. Leider wurde dabei nicht erwähnt, dass Zimmer 6 keinen Balkon hat. Da das Hotel wusste, dass wir ursprünglich ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht hatten, hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass diese Information von Anfang an klar kommuniziert wird. So hätten wir die Möglichkeit gehabt, eine informierte Entscheidung zu treffen oder nach einer anderen Lösung zu suchen. Mehr Transparenz bei der Beschreibung von Alternativen würde die Gästezufriedenheit deutlich verbessern. Overall, our stay was good, but I would like to mention one important issue. When booking, we specifically chose a room with a balcony. Later, we were informed that Room 9 was only suitable for four guests, while we were a group of five. As a result, Room 6 was offered to us as an alternative. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned that Room 6 did not have a balcony. Since the hotel was aware that our original booking choice included a balcony, I believe this should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. This would have allowed us to make an informed decision or consider other options. Greater transparency regarding alternative room options would significantly improve the guest experience.
