Very welcoming: It was only one night, but it was super clean and smelled nice, and the bed was super comfortable. I liked everything.

Ótima estadia em Ponta Delgada Positive: A localização é formidável... o quarto estava super limpo.

Great stay in Ponta Delgada: The location is fantastic... the room was spotless... the staff were exceptionally attentive. Some nights the neighbours next door were quite noisy, so I think Guest Ready should emphasise in their messages to guests that they must respect other guests' sleeping hours.

Positive: Sehr sauberes und modernes Zimmer und Bad Negative Keine Parkplätze in der Nähe, nur ein

Very clean and modern room and bathroom. No parking spaces nearby, only one bedside table, no chair in the room.

Great rooms, excellent location, very comfortable beds, warm. At first I stayed in one room, but the air conditioning made a whistling noise, and as soon as I reported the problem, they immediately moved me to another room, where everything was great. Thank you for the stay. I would like to ask the hotel staff to replace the key safes, because the numbers are very small and it is difficult for someone with poor eyesight to enter the correct code. In addition, the safes themselves are difficult to open. Otherwise, everything is simply excellent.
