We have stayed here before. We were on our way through with a stop to attend the Manti temple. No issues with the property. We had them provide a steak dinner. It was a little pricy, but the flavor of the steak was the best I have ever had. It is convenient for a stay in Manti.

Very unique layout. We only used the mainfloor bed, but if we would have had a couple more people the loft area would have been perfect. Our schedule only allowed a quick overnight stay, we didn't have time to make breakfast with the fresh ingredients in the fridge, which is a really nice touch.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and loved our time at Layton’s Loft and Breakfast! We especially enjoyed riding mountain bikes around the neighborhood that hosts kindly allowed us to use.

This was a cozy little place to stay. The hosts were great and the provided breakfast food was a nice touch. The homemade peach ice cream available for purchase was very good!

Great place! Very accommodating and good location. Very comfortable beds. We were only there for a short stay, wished we could have experienced the food offered by the hosts, it looked delicious!

We really enjoyed staying here. We come every year for our anniversary and to visit the Manti temple for two days. It was so nice to be at a quiet place with the country feel of a rooster crowing, and seeing cows and horses. The omelets my husband made were delicious with farm fresh eggs and vegetables. We will be back next year. Thanks so much!

It was a little difficult to communicate with the hosts . When we let them know we were arriving , we never received the code , and we had to wait outside . Weird layout either bed in the way , as you enter the location . Kitchen in 2 different spots , weird , and upstairs bedroom is very claustrophobic . Shower / bathroom , very small space . It was clean and well stocked , they furnished breakfast items , but you have to cook your own breakfast .
