Nicely remodeled condo

The condo was nicely remodeled. They had chairs and towels for the beach. We enjoyed our stay, only wished there were bikes at the condo to use. We had to drive to the management company to get the bikes, which was more of a hassle. The beach was about a block and a half away, easy walk. Enjoyed our stay.

Good Experience-Little Pricey

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Although we knew it was a one bed/one bath it was a little smaller than we expected. We were not given a blanket for the sofa bed and had to drive to the main office and check one out and drive the the main office to return it upon checking out. We also were not given any information regarding the washer and dryer location. We had to ask other people staying in another cottage for this information. Overall, our stay was fine but I felt like the price was high for this place. Will look to stay elsewhere next time.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTYProperty DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PHOTOS. This is not a condo, not is it "stunning" — it's a rundown apartment with no view and no easy beach access (nearest public access is a 25-minute walk). We arrived to a unit that smelled terrible, was dirty, had significant black mold in the bathroom, broken blinds, a bathroom door that doesn't lock, and an AC so loud you can't hear the TV.My son has asthma and had to sleep at another family's home for 2 nights because of the mold. After-hours support was useless — apparently I was texting someone outside the country who, after hours of texting, told me no one was available on weekends during spring break - arguably the busiest time of year in Siesta.Management repeatedly insisted a maid could "clean" the mold. Obviously not how you handle black mold. I eventually had to buy the correct paint myself to get them to take any kind of action to deal with mold. I was told I couldn't use it without owner permission. They eventually sent someone — I'm not convinced they used the right paint because the mold was still visible, and the vents, i'm sure, are full of black mold.Their resolution after spending hours on the phone with Vrbo and Beachside Mgmt on Sunday? Pack up 4 kids and move units twice during my vacation (no thanks) or accept 350 and sign a permanent GAG ORDER I declined both. I've consulted an attorney for an actual refund.DO NOT RENT HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Very disappointed/But very expensive

The property was old..about 40 years old I believe..The parking lot wasn't even paved..It looked like a trailer park..THe condo was sparse...Very depressing inside..Old/chipped tub...Old bed covering...Kitchen was decent, as was pool...Lots of old residents who took over the pool in the afternoon..TV in bedroom didn't work.We asked for someone from management to come and help..Never showed up...Overall ambiance of the condo was really sad..Furniture was bare bones... Never again. We couldn't wait to get out of there. The only redeeming factor was easy access to the beach across the street. I would NOT recommend this Sea Club II Stunning?? Please....
