Very easy communication with Otto. Helpful and efficient. Very good location. Apartment is on top floor so the angled eves make for some areas of low ceilings. A little inconvenient for my 6 ft companions. Really nice that it has air conditioning.

Great apartment in a great location! Quiet neighborhood and loved being on the top floor with a balcony! Some travelers may not appreciate that the second bedroom space is an alcove with curtains for privacy - no storage. This was an issue only because we were 2 friends sharing the cost and I couldn’t really ask my friend to pay half given her much smaller space. Otherwise a fantastic apartment and host!!

I had a wonderful stay in Helsinki for three days and two nights. The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very quiet—exactly what I needed to recover from jet lag and prepare for the upcoming work week. One of my favorite features was the balcony. It was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee and ease into the day. The location is excellent: centrally located with plenty of restaurants nearby, easy access to shopping and grocery stores, and a lovely park just a short walk away. The blackout curtains were a huge bonus. During the summer, when daylight seems endless, they made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Otto, was very thorough in explaining the property and its amenities, and the information book provided in the apartment was incredibly helpful throughout my stay.Overall, this was a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed property. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Helsinki.
