About this property

Enjoy the summer or winter days in this cozy, bright, and roomy cabin. Lots of light and comfort for the dark days of winter and great outdoor space for the summer! Perfect for those who want to get away from it all. Snowmobile and cross country ski trails abound. Fortune Bay is just 2 miles away with lots of free groomed trails. Bring your ice fishing house, the public landing is a quarter mile down the road.
The cabin is toasty warm with electric heat and an electric fireplace in the grand room. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft has 1 queen bed and 1 queen inflatable mattress - please note you will need to climb stairs to access the loft. The cabin has a washer and dryer plus fully equipped kitchen for the cooks. A small shed can house your snow mobiles. Plenty of parking for trailers. Don't own a snow mobile, call Vermilion Rentals, they have some for you.

This cabin is not on the lake/water, and does not have a dock. There is access about 1/2 mile away on the same road.

Comfortable + Great location!

This cabin is perfect for a small family or 2 couples. We had a wonderful stay enjoying the Lake Vermillion area. Well stocked kitchen with seasonings & plenty of utensils & pots & pans to cook at the cabin, but be prepared to bring your own coffee grounds or instant coffee. I absolutely loved all the windows & my teens lived the out fireplace. Tv has some streaming and there’s a dvd player & good WiFi. Would definitely stay again.

Up North for the Holidays

Stayed here while visiting family for the holidays. Perfect cozy cabin for a long weekend up north. Was clean and quite frankly stocked with anything we would have needed. Our cats quite enjoyed surveying the whole downstairs from up in the loft haha.

Lake Vermilion HideAway

It was cozy and peaceful. It’s not right in the lake but within a few minute’s walk. Well appointed kitchen and lovely views of the pines.
