A bright and confortable apartment, decorated with cheerful colors. Located at Coghlan a safe and quiet neighborhood, close to train station (30 / 40 meters), and other public transportation. It has a bedroom, air conditioner, flat tv and a wardrobe. A livingroom with a confortable sofá, air conditioner, a stereo and a big flat TV, with access to the balcony which faces to the gardens. A separate kitchen with an oven, a microwave, an electric over, an electric kettle and a really good fridge. Complete bathroom.
