Perfect for Entertaining and Family Fun! This Telluride vacation rental home is perfectly situated for incredible views of the Telluride Valley both east and west. It also has the rare ability to house two friendly or extended families, each with their own space. This naturally well lit home has plenty of space for living and sleeping. You will find this modern home with clean lines a refreshing change in the Telluride vacation home options. Designed and built in 2017 with a minimalist attitude, everything is up to date and new.

The first floor has a welcoming entry with a King bedroom suite with its own bathroom, a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a small living/dining/kitchenette. This ground level area has a queen sofa sleeper as well. This level has a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The main level has a contemporary design with a fireplace, living room, dining room and an ample kitchen area. This level has a full bath and a washer dryer.. Two balconies are on this main level, one facing south to the ski area, and the other to the north and the red rock mountainside. The living room has a contemporary fireplace and large flat screen tv. The bench at the dining room table could be used as a twin sleeping area.

The top level is the beautiful Master Bedroom Suite with a flat screen TV.. Just outside the Master Bedroom Suite is another bonus sleeping area (queen sofa sleeper) with an amazing view of the waterfall end of the Telluride Valley. Once inside the Master Bedroom, there is a balcony to sip your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine and enjoy the sunset over the undeveloped Valley Floor to the west of Telluride. The "Hot Tub" shown is actually the owner's personal jetted swim spa. It can be rented for an additional fee..

Amazing location in Telluride!

My family of 6 had an amazing stay in Telluride. The home is well stocked and had plenty of room for all my family. The location can't be beat for going into town and for getting up to Mountain Village.

Perfect place in town!

This property was extremely clean, modern, and conveniently located in Telluride! We enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to the breweries and restaurants. The check in/out process was extremely easy. Already talking about how we need to stay here next time we’re in town- highly recommend!

Had an amazing time in Telluride and this place was one of the reasons why. It was close to both the town and the mountain. Was able to walk everywhere, and only a block away from the market.

Great house in Telluride

We had a great time the week of New Years. Everyone had their own bed / bath. The property was close to the lifts and Gondola up to the mountain. The location was also walking distance to a grocery store. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Amazing house is as advertised

Beautiful home that comfortably slept 12. Even in the carona-fueld toilet paper shortage, the house had more than enough for all 12 guests! Enough linens and towels for the whole group and all the essential for cooking. The swim spa was enormous and was great for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

We came to this beautiful property in telluride for a bachelorette trip, it fit us all incredibly comfortably, was very clean, beautiful and fun. The openness and natural light in the place is gorgeous and the hot tub is huge! 10/10 recommend

If you don’t like Texas summers…….

Overall it was a nice property. Was concerned that there was no air conditioning available, but the weather really didn’t warrant it. Nice walk to town and very quiet neighborhood. The only negative would be that there were not fans in each room as I was previously told via email.

Beautiful House Right In-town

Great house for family. There were two very important criteria when we were looking for a house: Walk to ski lift and all bedrooms need to have en-suite bathrooms. This house fit the bill. The hot-tub is HUGE. Its oversized and very nice. I wouldn't consider this a true ski/in ski/out. You need to walk to the lift. It is about 6 minutes each way. Not a big deal and can do it in your ski boots. Children may not want to make the trek, especially with equipment. Keep that in mind. Parking spot at rear of house is a little tight for a large SUV but it is manageable. Great place overall and would definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Lots of Places to Hang Out

This was a great property for me and my family to stay during the Blues and Brews Festival. Nicely appointed kitchen, nice open 2nd floor, and plenty of spots to sit outside. There are couple things I wish were in the pictures: out front in the yard, there's a nice little sitting area with a few chairs and benches. Also not pictured, the bench in the kitchen the description said could function as a single sleeping spot. It's pretty good sized and my tall adult cousin slept there and fit no problem, she said it was more comfortable than the downstairs sofa sleeper. From the description, I wasn't sure if the living room couch was also a sofa sleeper, but can now confirm that it is indeed. The hot tub is extra on top of the rental, but it is also enormous and can easily fit 6-8 adults. Next to the hot tub is the parking spot off the alley. It will fit a full-size SUV max, so if you have a giant extended truck, you'll need to find street parking. Management was good about getting us 2 street parking passes. Would stay here again!

Great location and flexed well with different age groups

We had young kids, a teenager, young adults, and a mature adult couple. This house is ideally located, right next to grocery store, Main St and gondola within walking distance, and flexed well for the different age groups and sleeping dynamics. Well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen. My only complaint is the hot tub should not be extra. This is an expensive house and the hot tub is not that special and takes forever to warm up.

Great house & management

Really great house!! Tons of room for everyone and the steam shower upstairs was a huge hit. The hot tub takes a while to warm up so I'd recommend management turn it on over a day or two before guests arrive. Only a couple minute walk to the ski lift and few minutes into downtown..great location!
