Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the villa, the grounds, pool and location were perfect for a family of 6. The description of the villa is accurate and whilst it may be dated inside, it is clasically Italian. The only negatives are the lack of A/C in the bedrooms and living room and also the kitchen is very small and could do with more utensils, if you are ok with this, then it is very ideal for families

Das Anwesen ist wunderbar mitten im Dorf auf einer Anhöhe gelegen mit Blick auf den See. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt, der Garten schön angelegt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig mit geräumigem Wohnraum, drei Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Die Küche etwas klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war sauber und hatte angenehme 28 Grad. Es gibt sehr strikte Regeln, vor allem was die Poolnutzung und die Verwendung von Sonnencreme betrifft. Für Gäste ist nur die Ostseite des Pools vorgesehen, wobei sich der Einstieg in den Pool und der Nichtschwimmerbereich auf der Westseite befinden, weshalb man mit Kindern nicht umhin kommt, sich auch längere Zeit an der Westseite aufzuhalten. Sonnencreme ist mehr oder weniger verboten - gerade für Kinder oder helle Haut ein Unding, zumal auch die zwei Sonnenschirme für 6 Personen nicht wirklich ausreichen. Überall kleben Zettel mit den Vorschriften, eine ausführliche Version kann man sich zudem per QR-Code herunterladen. Obwohl die Eigentümer im Obergeschoß wohnen, wurde wir nicht empfangen oder eingewiesen. Es wäre ein noch viel schönerer Aufenthalt gewesen, wenn man sich willkommen gefühlt hätte. Stattdessen stand man unter ständiger Beobachtung. Gegipfelt hat das Ganze im Vorwurf, wir hätten innerhalb von zwei Tagen im Pool einen 5 cm breiten (Sonnenschutzmittel-)Schmutzrand verursacht. Nach einem heftigen Regentag war der Rand wundersamerweise wieder verschwunden - der Wasserspiegel ist über den Rand hinaus angestiegen und hat ihn verdeckt.
