Unfortunately, this apartment did not meet our expectations. It was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The furniture was old and stained in several places, and we even found dirty towels, which was very unpleasant. There were also several maintenance issues. The refrigerator did not work properly: food froze inside, and the temperature could not be adjusted. The shower heads had to be left on the shower floor because the holders were broken. In addition, all the hooks for clothes and towels throughout the apartment were broken... The only positive aspect was the quiet location and its proximity to the centre of Porto. However, these advantages did not outweigh the poor condition and lack of cleanliness of the apartment. I would not book this apartment again if I returned to Porto.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Cleanliness and comfort are our top priorities, and it's clear we did not meet those standards. We regret the oversight with the cleaning and are actively addressing this with our team to ensure it does not happen again. Our maintenance team is currently fixing the refrigerator and broken shower heads to prevent such inconveniences in the future. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the location, but we understand this did not compensate for the problems you faced. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience should you choose to return. GuestReady Team

Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen funktionieren. Insgesamt klar gute Bewertung.

Property was great other than the broken hand held shower holders in both bathrooms and the clogged sink in the master bathroom. Beds are a little firm.
