Rating: 5/5 - ExcellentWe absolutely loved our stay at Villa Baladeva! The villa, landscaping and atmosphere were breathtaking, and the location was fantastic. Just a short walk to local shops, markets and restaurants, plus Local Coffee, Rose Spa, Circle K and El Local Gelato just around the corner!We especially appreciated the fresh, comfortable linen and towels, thoughtful amenities like the first aid kit, water purifier and extra fan, and the wonderful housekeeping team. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, promptly fixing a leaking bidet and helping with luggage storage and late checkout. The provided bug spray was also the best-smelling and most effective we've ever used!A few minor maintenance issues could be improved, including some bathroom fixtures, stained-looking baths and additional drying racks. The bedroom numbering also differs slightly from the website floor plan.Two things worth noting: the pool's shallow end is still quite deep, so extra caution is recommended for families with young children. The drainage channel around the pool has a significant drop from the surrounding ground, making it easy to forget it's there and accidentally step into it, resulting in a couple of rolled ankles during our stay.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this beautiful villa. With a few small improvements, it would be even better! Thank you for having us, we look forward to coming back again

Amazing Villa in a quiet part of Seminyak

Our family had a great time at this villa. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. This was the perfect place away from the bustle of the city. Our 7 year old especially loved the pool, which did get shade in the afternoon. Close to a local coffee stand, shopping and restaurants.

Perfect in every way

Villa Baladeva is an outstanding property, five great bedrooms and a perfect outdoor space and pool. The service at check-in and checkout made everything really easy and Katut and her crew kept the place immaculate for us each day. We loved our stay, cannot wait to come back!

WOW UNFORGETTABLE

What a way to spend my 50th with friends and family. The Villa was amazing and so were the staff. Great walking distance to Eat Street. Could not fault a thing except we should of stayed longer. Totally recommend it and we will definitely be back !

Fantastic Villa!

We loved our stay at Villa Baladeva.Stunning villa and pool area, just like the photos.Fantastic location, just a short walk to the busy streets of Seminyak but coming back to the villa is like a haven. Quiet and peaceful, so easy to enjoy an afternoon in the pool.All bedrooms had a comfy bed with lovely cool air conditioning. Birthday celebrations

We wanted accomodation that allowed each of us to have our own bedroom. This villa offered this and so much more - great pool, kitchen and relaxing areas in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The support and service was fabulous.

Amazing stay in an amazing villa

We spend few days in the villa and everything was perfect. Location is perfect and the villa is so beautiful. Everyone was super helpful and so kind. Really nice services offered by the team (massages, dinner, breakfast, etc...). My friends and I spent the best days and really enjoy the break in this incredible villa. Nothing to improve. Everything was perfect. Thank you !!

A very charming house. Contact with the manager is very good. Clean and comfortable. Great mattresses for sleeping. The only downside was that they were tearing down a concrete fence in the neighborhood...

Great Villa to share with a large number of people

This Villa is a great option for a large number of people. We had 8 people and it was perfect. The large grass area around the pool was great for extra sun beds that we requested. Separate lockable rooms meant we could do our own thing. The location at first seemed a bit out of the way but once you get your bearings it was fine. Staff super friendly and helped with every request even blowing up the pool toys for kids. Would definitely recommend.

The villa was in a good location and great sized swimming pool. It did seem a little tired considering the cost per night. 3 of 5 air cons needed maintenance 2 of 5 needed fixing twice. The management team were very vague and were not up to the ususal friendly Bali service we had receved at our previous 4 villas on our 3 week vacation.

INCREDIBLE VILLA

The photos do not do this villa justice. From the second we arrived we were instantly impressed. The villa is extremely spacious with each bedroom being a great size plus having their own bathrooms as well. The pool and surrounding area is the best. We spent so much time sitting out by the pool enjoying the warm Bali weather. The villa is in an ideal spot with a short walk to the main streets in Seminyak while also being extremely private. Ivan contacted me the morning of our arrival to introduce himself which I thought was a really personal touch, he was so helpful throughout our stay. The cleaners come every day and do a fantastic job - thank you Ketut and Nova. Our stay at Villa Baladeva was amazing and you will not regret staying here. Thank you again for making our visit to Bali one to remember!
