Just got back from a 3 night stay. Very cosy during the stormy weather. The cottage had absolutely everything we needed and was well stocked with appliances and crockery etc. There was also lots of toiletries. The friendly owners are on site in case you need anything else but they provided everything including all essential kitchen stuff (cloths, oil, salt, pepper, tea towels, cling film etc). There was also ample towels, bedding and throws even though the heating and hot water was lovely and warm at all times. We walked 9 miles from the cottage and back one day and also visited Stirling and the castle another day. On the day we left we had breakfast at the pier cafe which was lovely. This is a great location if you want a peaceful break.
