Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Finka! Joan war sehr nett, die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist eher sporadisch eingerichtet allerdings hat alles seine Zwecke erfüllt und wir waren zufrieden. Lediglich bei der Sauberkeit der Bäder gibt es noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub zu 8

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub zu 8. in der Finca. Alles war wie im Inserat beschrieben :) Das Haus sowie der Außenbereich sind sehr schön. Wir haben den Pool geliebt und uns dort häufig abgekühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt draußen einen kleinen Grill. Einziger Minuspunkt war für uns, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt und dadurch nachts sehr warm war. Wir hatten zwar für jedes Zimmer einen Ventilator, Mitte Juli waren es jedoch tagsüber 36 Grad und es ging kein Wind. Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was uns nicht gestört hat. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub.

Schöne Finca, jedoch etwas abgelegen

Schöne Finca, jedoch etwas abgelegen. Man konnte nur die äußeren Türen verschließen, die Haupttüren aber nicht. Dadurch haben wir uns ein wenig unsicher gefühlt. Ansonsten war die Aussicht sehr schön und man konnte am Pool im Garten gut entspannen. Der Gastgeber ist auch sofort der Bitte nachgekommen, die Hecke zur Einfahrt zu stutzen, da wir ein großes Auto hatten.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Es war ausreichend Platz für alle vorhanden und die Unterkunft eignet sich gut für bis zu 8 Personen. Alles ist sehr schön geräumig und man fühlt sich grundsätzlich wohl. Mit ein paar zusätzlichen Deko-Elementen – bspw. Bildern a den Wänden etc. – könnte die Unterkunft noch etwas gemütlicher wirken. Es gab während unseres Aufenthalts hier und da kleinere Situationen, die wir mit Joan klären mussten. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist aber, dass Joan super proaktiv, jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr engagiert war. Er hat sich schnell gekümmert und ist sogar persönlich vorbeigekommen – das war wirklich toll. Das größte Manko war für uns hauptsächlich die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses, insbesondere wenn andere Bewohner ihre Zimmer gewechselt oder sich im Haus bewegt haben. Außerdem gab es ein Problem mit dem warmen Wasser, welches jedoch schnell behoben wurde. Wir hatten insgesamt eine gute Zeit. :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Mallorca und in der Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Mallorca und in der Unterkunft. Zwar gab es einige Schwierigkeiten, wie bspw. dass das Wasser nicht immer konstant warm blieb oder die Spülmaschine nicht funktionierte, dennoch war Joan jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei allem geholfen/Lösung gefunden. Die Unterkunft war nicht unbedingt wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, dennoch hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Host!
