Bonaire 8º Solo Familias
Beautiful and cosy apartment on the first line of Gandia Beach, located on the eighth floor (with lift). The emblematic BONAIRE building is between the RIVIERA hotel and the Borsalino restaurant, and a few metres from the VENECIA ice cream parlour. Very close to the port and the grao, with pedestrian access to services, restaurants and supermarkets, and bus stop.
This apartment offers two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a beautiful, exterior and bright renovated bathroom with bathtub, and a spacious and independent kitchen equipped with dishwasher. Living room with access to the north-facing terrace, from which we enjoy fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea and the beach. Includes WIFI service and offers ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
The building has a communal swimming pool with a cordoned children's pool, common areas with a small park with swings, and a tennis court.
Capacity for 4 people. NO PETS ALLOWED.
NO YOUNG GROUP ALLOWED (ages under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and over 3 km of fine, white sand, together with a wonderful Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying a walk or practising running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a great variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
