Ärger beim Check-in: Wegen Überbuchung "Upgrade" auf Ferienhaus. Dieses kalt und weiter Weg zum Haupthaus. Konnten nach Diskussion Tausch erwirken,aber Check-in dauerte insgesamt eine Stunde. Hoher Zeitverlust! Zimmer num äußerst ungünstig gelegen: viele Verkehr vorm Fenster, besonders morgens sehr laut wegen des Wirtschaftsweges / lautes Personal. Am Abend sehr laute Musik ("Konzert") im Bar-Bereich. Box unter unserer Tür aufgebaut. Dringt laute ins Zimmer rein bis 22Uhr. Kein Housekeeping (dadurch z.B. voller Mülleimer nicht entleert).

Wir sind positiv überrascht gewesen, dass wir im Hotel bis 11.30Uhr frühstücken konnten, dadurch hat man im Restaurant immer Platz gefunden, man konnte auch draußen auf der schönen Terrasse sitzen. Es gab zum Frühstück ausreichende Auswahl und es wurde ständig aufgefüllt, das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Hotelzimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht, das Angebot bestand aber auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption, für uns war das ok. Es ist eine sehr schön und ruhig gelegene Hotelanlage, von Wald und Wasser umgeben und direkt an einer Marina . Man konnte viele Boote bewundern und sich über Ausleihmöglichkeiten für Urlaub auf dem Wasser informieren. Überall eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Schon am ersten Tag fühlt man sich hier angekommen und entschleunigt, auch durch den sehr netten und kompetenten Empfang an der Rezeption. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Kurzurlaub in einer tollen Umgebung. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch Pool und Sauna haben wir oft und gern genutzt. Es ist im Stil eines Centerparks aufgebaut, mit Hotelzimmern, aber auch Ferienhäusern im skandinavischen Stil, ideal für Familien. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, viele Seen, tolle Wander- und Radstrecken und Natur pur. Wir kommen gern wieder!
