Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath country home, ground-level, located 2 miles north of Parsons on Hwy 59. Cottage sets back in the trees. Circle drive and extra parking for boats, trailers, etc. Central heat and air, Sleeps up to 5 people. Covered patio with grill and outdoor furniture. Completely furnished with cooking and grilling appliances and utensils. Some spices and basics supplied. Coffee, flour sugar, creamer.. Washer and dryer.

Enjoy the evening sunset on the patio or the morning sunrise on the front porch with swing and rockers.

Everything was really nice and cozy. Only 1 recommendation..add non slip pad under kitchen mats. It was a great place to stay. Very clean!!!! We would definitely stay there again if we were in Parsons.

Loved our quick stay here at this cozy and comfortable house. Everything was provided, didn't need for anything except to enjoy our short stay catching up, hanging out at the Big Hill Lake, eating at some great restaurants and some light shopping. We had a wonderful experience staying at the country cottage. We felt at home. Every thing was provided to detail. The host is very responsive. The place wa very quiet and extra clean. We are the kids of Ray Johnston , AKA Silver Fox, and wanted to share his cozy little house with others.

Why they chose this property

After mom passed away, dad had the opportunity to move out closer to where some of his kids live. We, as a family, built the house and he was able to stay here until Christmas of 2016. He absolutely adored his little house and being close to his family. The smile on his face truly shows his character. We love him and we love this house. We hope you find it as cozy and comfortable as we do.

What makes this property unique

A taste of country living with town being within 2 miles. Singing crickets and croaking toads are an added bonus to a peaceful evening.
