Villa Caelith is a refined two-bedroom villa of approximately 100 square metres, designed in harmony with local architecture and enhanced by natural materials and a relaxed boho aesthetic. Set on the ground floor within an exclusive complex and located less than 150 metres from Agioi Anargyroi Beach in Naoussa, this private pool villa offers a discreet yet luxurious retreat in one of Paros’ most desirable coastal settings.



The villa features a private entrance leading into a stylish living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen Smart TV with streaming services, and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with modern appliances including a stovetop, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. The sleeping accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the second with two single beds, which may be converted into a double on request using a mattress topper. Two contemporary bathrooms with walk-in showers are provided, along with luxury toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers and premium linen.



Outdoors, Villa Caelith is centred around its private swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers and surrounded by landscaped areas, shaded pergolas and outdoor dining and lounge spaces, creating an ideal environment for relaxation and entertaining. Views extend across the garden, pool and inner courtyard, adding to the sense of privacy and calm.



The villa is fully air-conditioned and heated throughout, with soundproofing, Wi-Fi, a safety deposit box, private parking and hypoallergenic finishes. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property.



A refundable damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival and will be collected by credit card; this is fully refunded after check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Please note that children over the age of 15 years are welcome, however cots and extra beds are not available at this property.



A daily housekeeping service is included, with linen changed every three days. Additional services are available on request at an extra cost, including breakfast served at the pool bar within the complex, private chef services, in-villa massage and beauty treatments, doctor on call, restaurant reservations, car hire, private transfers, excursions, cruises, activity arrangements, yacht charters and helicopter tours.
