Part of the entrance was under construction,which wasn't mentioned in the description. 1 of only 2 elevators was not working for 3 days and the pool side with the bar where most of the pictures were taken was closed for 4 out of 7 days. It's a big deal when you're not allowed to drink on the beach. A bit over priced.

All the construction has now been completed and as you it was only the small fence in front of the Tower. It is NOT true that the elevator was down for 3 days. When there is an elevator issue it usually get fixed within an 1 or 2 hours. Drinking on the beach is not allowed in the month of March, which is something Panama City Beach and other City's in the Florida Panhandle has decided to do, to prevent crazy spring breakers. We want PCB to more a family friendly destination. IT worked. It was was a lot more quite this year. Drinking was allowed again starting April 1. The Hang Out Bar usually opens up in Mid March and open until Mid. October. or later. It was delayed this year due to the reopening of the Main Lagoon Pool. Usually open 7 days a week (unless severe weather is in the area)

All was just as described. The unit was beautiful, the beach is awesome, and the facilities are under renovation. The ongoing renovations did not impact my stay, and the workers were respectful of time of day.

Bill & Ingrid are great host. Communication is excellent. Beautiful location just steps from the water. 14 floors up gives you a tremendous view of the Gulf. Lots of dining options. Recommend Pineapple Willey's just 3 minutes walk on the beach from the Condo. Excellent service and food!

This is a nice condo located right on the beach with a great view of the Gulf. The beach chairs that are included are a very nice touch. Some things in the condo are a bit dated (the jacuzzi tub) but everything was clean and comfortable.Thanks for letting us stay and relax.
