One-storey villa in housing estate. Plot 560 m2. Swimming pool. Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. Barbecue. 35 m2 terrace with gratings. Kitchen and living room of around 40 m2. 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. WIRELESS. Solar water heater. Immediate access to the national St Denis / Saint Pierre, it is a big advantage for who wants to move during his stay in view of the local traffic. 500 m from the lagoon, 100 m from the forest. Quiet neighborhood. It's my own house. It therefore contains some personal items.

Magnifique séjour de 3 semaines. Belle maison, dont le descriptif et les photos correspondent parfaitement à la description. Bonne situation à Etang salé les bains. Propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute. Séjour parfait!!! Nous recommandons vivement...

Un super séjour à l'Etang Salé les bains

Très grande maison avec agréable jardin et piscine. Plages, petites courses, et restaurant à pieds en un rien de temps. Très bon emplacement pour visiter la réunion car à 1mm de la route des tamarins et sans les nuisances sonores. Une de nos plages préférées de la réunion et sûrement la meilleure pour les couchers de soleil. Seul petit bémol, le vent assez fort en hiver à cet endroit et un lave vaisselle un peu fatigué. Bref, un très beau point de chute pour visiter la réunion.

Maison idealement située, proche de la plage, des restaurants et de la route des tamarins. Totalement conforme à la description, la maison est trés confortable. Jérome est un hote parfait.

villa très agréable, quartier calme, à proximité de la plage

Convient parfaitement pour 2 couples souhaitant leur intimité, 2 salles de bains et wc. Grande terrasse aménagée coin salon et déjeuner très appréciable à proximité de la piscine. Pas de vis à vis, jardin joliment arboré. Trés bon accueil du propriétaire.
