About this property

Beach Front + Magnificent View + Huge Balcony + Pool + Tennis

Our home away from home was recently renovated and is an open concept for a full ocean view from as many vantage points as we could dream up! The beds are pillow top and comfortable to rest after a day of activities or shopping! We are centrally located 1/2 mile from 61st street on Seawall Blvd and within walking distance to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and The Colonel paddle wheeler. Amazing boutiques line the strand and Seawall with everything from beachwear to the perfect outdoor furniture to take home and remind yourself of fun by the sea.
We welcome families, business travel and of course our wonderful winter Texans! You will fall in love with the water, view and a few of our winter Texans that linger well into the warmer seasons. For complete details please look under Rental Agreement which is a Welcome book that provides loads of information that we do not have room to included in this area!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was wonderful! Waking up to see the ocean every morning is the best! The drapes were a little hard to maneuver and we got a little confused on the door locking mechanism, but still 5 Star stay!!

The view is outstanding! We didn’t even need to walk to the sand, the 10th floor view and the breezes from the balcony was perfect without getting all wet and sandy. The rooms were comfortable but the majority of our time was on the balcony. We went mid-week and it rained nearly the whole time which we didn’t mind because it kept the crowds away and the whole area was almost ours alone. Communication with the host was also spot-on!!

Convenient to the beach!

Easy access to the beach by crossing the street. Comfortable beds, but be aware the queen bed in the common room is actually an air mattress. Good location with everything you need. Great communication with the host.

What makes this property unique

Our home away from home was recently renovated and is open concept for a full ocean view from as many vantage points as we could dream up! Both bedrooms have pillow top mattresses; they are amazingly comfortable to rest after a day of beach, golf, activities or shopping! Bedroom one is your typical bedroom with the fantastically comfortable bed, chest of drawers for guest use and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is ocean side and includes a breathtaking view of the sky, water, and sand! The "closet" area has excellent storage in a cabinet style for folding a lot of clothes so bring whatever you need! The door is flexible and can be moved entirely out of the way...this is great for anyone who may need to enter with walking/medical equipment. (Photos included). A small desk is in the room for your computer or writing needs.
***Please keep in mind bed coverings, sofa and chair covers, dishes, pots, pans, rugs and drapes may be swapped out from time to time for cleaning or repair - items are replaced with like king but may have a different pattern. The same is true with furniture pieces.
