Bright apartment in a condominium, on the second floor without an lift. 80 square metres, laid out as follows: entryway, spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a balcony offering a glimpse of the harbour, master bedroom, small bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a shower stall. Central location, very close to all amenities. Just a short walk from supermarkets, a pharmacy, ferry terminals to the islands, bus stops, and the waterfront. Several of the town’s beaches are within walking distance.
