Oceanfront unit with a 800 square foot oceanfront deck
Spend a season in the Beach Bungalow at The Atlantic Beach Estate, situated on an exclusive stretch of white sandy beach at the north end of Atlantic Beach. Enjoy enchanting hours basking in the sun on elegant teak furniture, gazing at the sublime sunset, and sipping wine or cocktails under the stars. The views are truly magical at night, as the lighted palm trees shine against the ocean and the oceanfront swimming pool glistens in the moonlight. New oceanfront rooftop deck with stunning sunrise views for all tenants to enjoy.
The Beach Bungalow has 800 square feet of living space with an open-concept floor plan, with spacious sitting and dining area, and wood burning fireplace. The great room is furnished with a leather 3-seated leather couch and classic teak furniture and teak dining table that can sit up to 8. The great room also has a murphy bed for guests. The oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed and a pocket door to separate it from the great room. The master bath was totally remodeled and features a freestanding heated tub with shoots, separate shower, and separate toilet room. An optional guest room can be rented during your stay for guests. It connects to the guest suite (photos are the end of all of the photos.). It has a Murphy bed, love seat, kitchenette and full bath with tub and has a separate entrance.
The rate includes utilities, internet, and access to the pool and beach. We are five minutes from the town center with many shops and restaurants and the Dune House Hotel & Spa; 20 minutes from the Mayo Clinic and 40 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.
