The reason that for saying that the experience has been bad is that neither on the Tuesday nor yesterday we had any hot water at the toilet of the room. That is, not from the shower nor from the tap. Since I was driving almost 11 hours on the Monday I really looked forward to take a long hot shower on the Tuesday but it wasn’t possible since the water was ice cold. Yesterday the situation was the same. I don’t require that much from a hotel room but one thing that I find compulsory is to have hot water from the shower. Hence I’m very disappointed, especially since the cost for the room was rather high. On top of this the tub is missing a glass door which makes the water from the shower (only a problem this morning) is flooding on the floor of the bathroom, which isn’t very nice.

Regrettably the reception on Friday was very poor: unpleasant and non-transparent communication. 1st.: we do the check-in and only because we asked for the schedule for the pool, we learn that the pool is not working. This is something that should have been communicated upfront. 2nd. We are given the keys to the room with the only orientation of heading right after the glass door. Once we go through the glass door, and try to find an elevator, we realize the elevator is also not working. This trip was a special invitation for my mother who is almost 80 years old. The person at the reception should have been trained to say: I notice you have an elder person, regrettably I need to inform you that there is no elevator, etc. When we go back to the reception to ask if we can change rooms, because my mother cannot manage going up the stairs so easily, the person at the reception gets angry, prints out a form and asks me to sign it if I want to get a refund for the 2 nights we have been booked. I completely understand that this person was under stress, but its responsibility of the hotel to train the staff on how to communicate ina non aggressive manner. Not to mention, that if the elevator and the pool are not working, you should inform your clients. I found this very regrettable and unpleasant and cannot recommend this hotel

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Upgrade auf eine Juniorsuite mit Seeblick. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ganz besonders die Damen und Herren vom Frühstücksservice. Trotz der Vielzahl der Gäste haben sich alle sehr bemüht. Ein großes Dankeschön dafür. Die Betten waren super, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Zusammengefasst hatten wir ein tolles Wochenende und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Trotz bestätigter Buchung und Aufenthaltsschein keine Buchung vor Ort auffindbar. Nach kurzer Prüfung vom Personal, sollte ich mich selbst bei Belvilla , um meine Buchung kümmern. Damit gab ich mich nicht zufrieden und dann wurde ich neu eingecheckt. Nach einer kurzen Wartezeit bekam ich ein Zimmer unter dem Dach . 4. OG und der Fahrstuhl war immer noch defekt. Das Hotel habe ich ausgesucht, wegen dem Innen- und Außenpool . Beide waren gesperrt. Es hing ein Zettel, heute wegen technischen Arbeiten gesperrt. Dieser hing aber schon mehrere Tage. Es ist schade um diese schöne Anlage, da ist so viel Potenzial. Insgesamt haben wir uns die Zeit schön gemacht.
