To the outside is a shared laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer, off-road parking for one car (no commercial vehicles) and and patio with furniture. Within 1.1 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles there is a pub and please note that pets are allowed however there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Choose The Nest for a wonderful escape to Leicestershire. Note: There is an area in the owner’s grounds for dogs to use. Note: the property accept only 1 dog and charges a pet supplement of £5 per day/per dog. Note: The property can only accept children older than 10 years of age. Note: the property won't accept workers bookings. The property won't accept any commercial bookings. The property only accepts check ins on Fridays and Mondays.
