Great place for members of my family to get together for a few days - it was great to have space to cook for everyone, eat together & enjoy relaxing for a couple of days … the weather wasn’t great all the time but it was a good as a base to visit all sorts of places.Loved the sound of the stream running beside the house & we had one lovely clear night where we saw so many stars, the Milky Way & even a few shooting stars

Cottage was lovely and peaceful, property was a bit tired and needed a good clean, numerous cobwebs everywhere making it look like it had sat empty for a couple of months.Some form of outside cooking would have been nice , as most places to eat where a bit of a drive.Bed mattresses could probably do with replacing and upstairs shower occasionally leaked into kitchen below (couldn’t see where leak came from).Overall experience was good, but couple of upgrades would have made it excellent.

Mooie plek, groot en comfortabel huis. Niet overal even schoon en de afvoergassen van de ketel waaien naar binnen als het raam van de slaapkamer erboven open staat.
