Our tropical vibe beach-style cottage is located in the quiet Shady Banks neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale located 5 minutes from downtown and only 4.5 miles from the beach. Enjoy your own tropical garden. The cottage is located in our backyard and completely independent of the main house. Parking, Full kitchen. Full size Murphy bed with memory foam mattress in living room, Smart TV's in living room and bedroom. Cable-TV, Wi-Fi, HBO, Netflix, etc. USB chargers in receptacle bedside in bedroom, 10 minutes from Port Everglades, a cruise ship destination. Wonderful Visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bamboo Cottage in Shady Banks! The cottage was very comfortable, nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a home away from home (including private back patio with a grill where we loved to sit outside to eat dinner). The owners are very helpful and welcoming, and the neighborhood is perfect for long walks with the dog.

Cozy Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bamboo Cottage. The owners are on property and very friendly and helpful, the neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walking the dog and the cottage is cozy and equipped with everything we needed to feel like we were in a home away from home. We especially enjoyed the private patio out back with a grill.
