Also inside you will find an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove as well as a utility. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking and a rear lawn shared with the owners, containing furniture. The Ramblers' Annex is a well-presented cottage in a great location for exploring East Anglia. Please Note: The owner has a Ring doorbell that it pointed toward the driveway for security purposes. Please note: property doesn't accept bookings under 7 nights. Note: Week commencing 8th August 2026 - owner can accept a 6 night booking only

The village of Mattishall boasts a small, useful selection of services with a doctors, chemist, pub and shop included. The large market town of Dereham offers an array of shops and supermarkets, a sports centre, cinema, church, museums, and the Mid Norfolk Heritage Railway. There is plenty of walking, fishing and cycling in the area, which is within reasonable driving distance of Sandringham, the Norfolk Showground.
