New chalet very comfortable and very bright for 12 people, Mont Blanc view beautiful from the cottage, 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets, charming decoration very warm, wifi, fireplace, bedding very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, 5 TV screen flat, large dressing room for skiing and dry ski boots.
garden with outdoor furniture (table + chairs for 14 people, parasol, barbecue, 4 chairs) 2 large terraces.
1 closed garage with ski storage + 3 parking spaces ext.
Located in bottom of impasse, very calm, center of the village and trade with 300m and thus easily accessible on foot.
Ski areas Combloux and Megeve 5 minutes by car or possibility to use the skibus 300 m from the cottage (free service) for both areas.
Water biotope Combloux 400m from the cottage (very large natural pool with views of Mont Blanc and beach), Tennis 400m.
Garden of 600m2.
Park with games for children at 400m
Bed, bath and baby highchair already present in the chalet.
The chalet is perfectly equipped. It has a garden and 2 large terraces.
A contract will be sent to you for any reservation.
The linen (sheets and towels) can be provided on request against 20 euros per person.
3 toboggan also available.

Charming & comfortable

The chalet was just as described. Modern with everything we needed and more spacious than it looked in the photos. The views to Mont Blanc and across the valley were amazing. Beds were super comfy, shutters were a great bonus. Chalet was nice & warm with open fire too. We had an amazing time and we'd love to come back soon. Thanks Denis :)

Sadly our stay was cut short by the pandemic but the chalet is lovely with stunning views. Quiet location and we hope to return when the world returns to normality.

Très Joli chalet - bien placé avec une superbe vue

Joli chalet fonctionnel - Venus à 11 - chacun a trouvé sa place. Situation à quelques pas du village ce qui a permis en cette saison d'automne de s'y rendre à pieds. Des chemins de rando bien balisés à proximité ou à quelques peu de km en voiture.

Zeer mooie locatie en heel complete vakantie woning. We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad met 8 personen in dit geweldige Chalet. Het enige min puntje: De kwaliteit van de WiFi was onder de maat. Veel storingen waardoor mobiele data veel gebruikt moest worden.

El chalet responde a su descripción

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Tan sólo me gustaría hacer notar unas cuantas cosas que no nos gustaron: .-el propietario nos dió el telefono de contacto de una persona que sería la que nos recibiría en la casa. Tras haber acordado el día y la hora de llegada, las persona no apareció ni contestó las llamadas de telefono. Dos horas despues, y gracias a las indicaciones del propietario, pudimos acceder a la casa; .- la casa tiene una pequeña pérdida de agua del baño sobre el salón( que al informar a la persona que vino a hacer al check out, nos dijo que ya lo conocían); .- tuvimos que pagar 180 euros en concepto de limpieza a la persona que inicialmente iba a venir a recibirnos ( fue su marido quien vino más tarde a la casa). Pero el horno de la casa estaba sucio y no funcionaba ( electricidad quitada). Por lo demás,repito, fue agradable.

Amazing weekend!!

Everything was perfect about our stay! The woman who greeted us was so kind even when she had to wait a while as we couldn't find taxis (the season was just starting). Honestly, the chalet is so much more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It's the perfect size for a large group of people and everything was accessible! The supermarket was a 5 minute walk from the chalet and the bus stop into Megève too! Overall, I would really recommend this chalet!

Magnifique chalet , superbe séjour passée entre amis pour mes 60 ans . Souvenir inoubliable , commerce , boucherie, boulangerie ,restaurant tout a pied , jeux pour enfants style accro branche prés du lac biotope. Literie impeccable, douche ou baignoire dans chaque chambres . Que vouloir de mieux, tout est grandiose !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. De bon conseils par le propriétaire qui a été très convaincant et très rassurant . Je vous conseille ce chalet merveilleux pour un bien être en toute tranquillité . Michel&Martine

Super week-end dans ce chalet magnifique! Les prestations étaient à la hauteur de nos espérances : belle décoration et appartement bien équipé. Le propriétaire est prévenant et réactif. Je garde cette adresse précieusement pour une prochaine fois.

Nous avons passé une super semaine entre amis dans ce chalet. Les enfants n'ont pas manqué d'espace ! Il se situe au calme avec une vue magnifique (malgré le temps couvert nous avons pu en profiter une matin)

Un bel espace avec une vue imprenable

Le chalet est assez proche des commerces (300m à monter). Il est très bien équipé et agencé. Le salon offre une magnifique vue sur les montagnes dont on ne se lasse pas! Le propriétaire est très arrangeant. Une bonne adresse pour passer des vacances!
